Jayman listen to t-dogg he will be able to tailor your needs and cycle. Anavar isn't the greatest MMA drug from what I have heard, t-dogg should know. Have a good night and good luck on your match/competition.

If you are 10wks out, I would just run test p for the fight. Anavar "can" give you pumps which will hurt you in mma.

I would just run test p for 8-10wks at 300-500mgs. Make sure you use a AI. Your weight will increase, but training in the "camp for 8wks" should keep it in line for you. Im not sure how much weight/ and/or water weight you cut.
Ive never ran eq, and most here will tell you not so good things on it. Keep it simple Test P ftw. Even at low doses you can train more, harder, and recover like crazy. When Im on cycle Im a freaking mad man in the gym training I NEVER get tired. Hes 10wks out from a fight, I wouldnt run anavar unless he knew he wouldnt get pumps. Its not good in a fight if he cant even lift his arms becaused they are pumped/gassed out due to anavar.

Wow. You should get used to cutting WAY more then that. 10-15lbs shouldnt be a issue.
Your gains will depend on your diet. I wouldnt increase calories to much if at all. You will increases in everything you do while on Test. Rememeber your not running test to get big per say, you are using it to be faster, stronger, recover better for fights.
My last cycle I didnt increase calories at all on cycle. I ran 500mgs of test and 60mgs of anavar . For what I wanted to do with the cycle it worked just fine.Last edited by t-dogg; 10-24-2012 at 01:25 AM.

I didnt think about that part --- even for me - VAR totally capped my cardio. I dunno if it was in my head or not but I had no desire to do cardio, run, play sports etc..... Lifting was no problem but running the TM or anything like that and I was ehhhh! F it!

Well you dont want water weight. There is a creatine out called kre alkamine or something that has low water retention. Ive never been a fan though.
Personally i would only run it for 3wks then cycle off it for a bit if i ever ran it again.
