Just want to say a big thank you to all the people on this site!!!
Before I embarked on AAS I was in the mindset of wanting to get massive straight away. Call it pier pressure or whatever but guys where I come from are f***ing huge so I got a source expecting to just start and get massive. Until I joined this site and was blown away with the science and info on AAS. I didn't realise how complex body building was.
Anyway shout out to autonomic, lunk1, gixxer, Deirdre, c-bino, swifto and all the other guys who I haven't mentioned.
A lesson to beginners is to join up and read this site great info!!!!!

Sorry if I never mentioned u all just too many, not licking bum but if I hadn't joined this site I would have started AaS without A.i , pct, nutrition, and all the other info that's available.
The guts where I come from might be big but they haven't a clue what they are doing and no doubt will have major problems in future.
Knowledge is power!

Cheers cape I'm just thankful there's people here willing to share there experience and advice. I rushed my first proper cycle didn't make great gains and ended up with a small case of gyno, if I hadn't been a member I would have carried on oblivious. But luckily I got great advice and was able to fix the gyno, sort out my diet and really learn what it's all about.
I just hope in a few years I have half the knowledge of you guys. Peace
