tiered and unmotivated
On my last 2 week's of my test cycle and I've lost my motivation to work out.. I went from killing it 5x a week to feeling tiered all the time.. my diet has remained strict at 3200 cals and haven't had a cheat day in a few weeks.. so it's not that.. I've started dropping my dose of dex to every 3 days due to the fact I've experience almost no sides the entire cycle.. do you think it is estrogen.. should I stay at eod till pct? Thx..

Classic burn-out. Try increasing your calories, changing up your routine a little and as a last resort try the Eca stack to get you through your workouts. Make those last weeks count.

Add some cals. Increase carbs a little. Any pre work out sups?

No kidding. Last couple of weeks are tough. Do exactly what Buster said.

Thats my best guess changing things often helps.Burnout is a Bitach fight through it.

Ya I take 1Mr once or twice a week.. just got done at the gym chest and tri day... wasn't too bad... but deaf not beast mode.. I'm going to take in 3500 from here on out and switch up my off days to see if that works. Thk guys.. so nothing to do with lowering the dex dosage right... ?

I would leave the dex dosage right where it is at. I tried the Eca stack during the last two weeks of my past cycle and I felt a little re-charged during workouts. Imho I think it might sometimes be prudent to call it a day after 10 weeks but that is just my .02 cents.

Thx buster... Ya 12 weeks is a bit redundant but, it's my first so I'm trying to do it by the book.. I'm definitely going with a 8week prop cycle next go around..
