    Keto Diet Critique

    Posted it in the diet section not much feed back

    Stats
    21Years old
    83kg
    178cm
    TDEE: 3007 (Deficit 500 cal = 2502) Body Fat Currently around 20% looking to get to 10%

    Meal 1:
    1 whole egg + 1 white 0 10.5 5.8
    Rump Steak Generic 100g 0 23 4
    Flax Seed Oil 1Tbsp 0 0 14
    Avocado 100g 1 0 15

    510 calories

    Meal 2:
    Turkey Mince 125g 2 35 19
    Flax Seed Oil 1Tbsp 0 0 14
    10 Almonds 1 3 6

    Total Cal: 496

    Meal 3:
    Tuna 170g Olive oil 2 34 12
    Flax Seed Oil 1Tbsp 0 0 14
    50g Spinach 1 1 0
    Avocado 80g 2 0 12

    Total Cal:492

    PWO:

    I was thinking that, but I'm not to sure what to change up? Cause in the end it's 1726 calories from fats an only 834 from protein...

    Dufe keto is keto, the way it works is that ur body feeds fromfat and not carbs, so thats what it hasto be

    This isn't a keto diet...carbs too high.

    I've read carbs have to be 50 grams or lower and should only come from green vegetables.

    I've read carbs below 30 is alright? Even some diets below 50. I just got it checked by one of the IFBB trainers and he reckons its good to go. I'm gonna try it out for couple of weeks if I feel I need less carbs I'll cut out the almonds and add something else as a fat

    more egg whites, less egg yolk, less avocado.
    ive had really good results with keto.
