    yes "gyming" for more than a year would be prefered. Some of us have been at this for anywhere from 3-30 years.

    I appreciate your enthusiasm but gear is not even neccessary until you hit a point where gains can no longer be made when everythingelse is being done right. 1 year in the gym has no way caused you to reach your limits. Quite honestly your looking for a short cut and that goes against almost everyone here's beliefs of AAS.

    I laid out a cycle for you in post #28....did that not have enough steroids in it???

    I said at the beginning that I didnt want to start anything until I have been training for a year... i have said i know this isnt what is recommended & I understand why... I have also seen your cycle & commented on it...
    I said Thanks & that I was going to look into it further... Im not here to do loads of gear... I have a goal & would like to use to achieve this goal... I understand the point about only using to get past the point when youve done all you can without but I also know thats not the only reason people use.

    I dont want a short cut I want a helping hand... I train very hard & i am very dedicated with diets & training... I am also interested in using... & I thank you for the cycle you posted.

    I will definitely post my diet I am on now (cutting for the xmas photos) & the diet I will be on when I am on my 1st cycle (what ever that will be)

    But it will be tomorrow after I finish work... its half 9 at night here & by getting so involved in this thread I have missed my last meal of the day window so am going to b very naughty & make a quick no carb tea before bed.

    This is true... I am a fellow Brit but a very very confused 1.... So much more to take in, but Im determined to find a perfect solution... I think the cycle Lunk posted is the way forward for me but me being me will prob add to it as safely as poss... Prob with var but Iv got 2 months to work this out & if Im not certain I guess I will just have to wait a little longer, but my goal is to start a decent cycle in 2 months so wish me luck
