You know you're going to get blasted for being young, right?
The doses look ok to me, I'm curious as to why every 6 days though. You might as well do 1/week and split that 500mg dose into 2x 250mg.
What AI and PCT have you planned??
Just my thoughts, I'm certain Lunk and other Vets will be in here soon to provide educated feedback.

Krugger makes some good points. Every 6 days is too far apart. Your serum concentration will be more stable if you pin EOD or 2x/wk.
I'd stick to test only. Save deca for a third cycle.
AI and PCT are not optional. Where are they in your cycle description?

What about this:
1-12 test e pinning monday and thursday 500total/week
1-12 DECA or EQ BUT I DONT KNOW THE RIGHT DOSAGE.
I want to add some size and strenght and loose a bit of bodyfat.

Anything you gain or lose will really be set by your nutrition. A lot of guys mistakenly believe taking steroids will give them LBM. If your nutrition is poor (not eating enough or "dirty bulking") you won't see the results you are after.

This^^^^anything you want to accomplish can be done with a Test only cycle. Hell...after trying multi compound stacks I am going back to test only. Its the best really!!!

I am working out around 6years and my nutrition went a long way since I was learning about this SPORT
Normal day
8:00 150g oats milk
9:00 PROTEIN shake with water
11:00 150g chicken + 125 uncooked rice
13:30 300g cottage cheese + 150 cereal bread
16:00 150g chicken + 300potatoes
19:00 Salad + 8egg whites, 2 yolks, walnuts
22:00 300g cottage cheese + walnuts
+ postworkou shake 40g protein 50g carbs

I was thinking to add dbol for a kickstart first 4week 30/30/20/10
But I have problems with STRETCH MARKS and I am worried to get RIPED-UP even more.
What do you guys think??

I would take stretch mark to get ripped up anyday lol.
Dbol will bloat you full of water and fake gains that will leave you as quickly as they came.
Skip it!
Now the important part...do you HONESTLY know the risks associated with cycling at your age. If so could you please summaries them for me just to set my mind at ease???

Deca is a 19nor and comes with certain inherent sides. Most notable and controllable is ED, hair loss and acne to name a few. All AAS has sides...I dont care who or what calls them mild or harsh!
