    What to do next?

Ok i've decided to end my cycle early. It supposed to be 12w 500mg test e. but I'm ending it after 8 weeks. My last pin was Thursday. I can continue but I see no reason for it since I stopped gaining in week 7. So for last 2 weeks I weight the same. Yes I tried to up my calories and started gaining fat. For me test e started workin pretty early. By the end of week 2 I already had solid gains. In 8 weeks I have gained 26 lbs. no sides so far. Except ball atrophy. 0.25 adex eod. I'm starting pct in 2 weeks nolvadex 40/20/20/20, clomid 100/50/50/50.
Now my question is how can I hold on to most of my gains? I know eat like a horse but other than that, any advice please. Training, supplements, and so on... What should I do to do it right?
    Thanks

Quitting because no gains in a week seems hasty... I would try leaning out while test is in your system... You gained 26 lbs.! That is ridiculous!!! Make sure you post your post cycle diet for critique so you don't lose it all... Good Luck!!!!

Yea and test e hitting after only 2 weeks is very uncommon. If you were getting gains that early you had to have prop.

I would say finish the cycle... Has there been any change in diet? Workout? Cardio levels? Life in general? Of course there are people here with a lot more cycles under their belt... But I do have experience with test.

I know it kicked too fast! I started cycle @ 168lbs and this morning I was 194lbs after toilet. Yes I did gain some fat but good amount of muscle too. My coworkers and ppl at gym asking me how did I gain so fast. I do eat a lot. I don't count calories. Only protein intake. I try to eat until I puke. I eat 9 times a day. I've been going up and down 194-198lbs past two weeks. So that's why I decided maybe it is my top gain that I can get from test e. I was thinking why be shut down longer with no gains? Quicker I recover quicker I jump on my second cycle. So do you really think I should finish cycle? What benefit will 4 more weeks give me if no gains?

I think its fine for you to quit early. Sounds like you got some amazing gains, and you should be able to keep them after PCT with the aid of a solid diet and routine. The shorter the cycle, the sooner you can hop back on, right?

That's what I was thinking too. I wanna know what's right pct training routine is? Currently I work out 4 times a week. Mon, wed, Friday upper body, Saturday legs. I'm trying not to stay more than 90 minutes at the gym.

And this is probably why you have gained so much weight on this cycle. I would continue the cycle and try to trim off some weight here at the end.

You want to keep the food intake as high as you can during pct without it being to much as it will be easy to put on fat. But yes i would cut it a little and the guys in the diet forum could be a huge help with the timing of the pro/carb/fats. I can tell you just by a quick look at your food intake you are not eating enough fibrous greens. I would limit the use of the shakes to once a day if you can and include Sweet potatoes and brown rice to replace the bread as carb sources.

Just my opinion but you said you gained some fat and are not seeing any more muscle growth. If it were me I'd stay on cycle for the 4 more weeks. Lower my calls to TDEE Maintence and up my cardio. Blow off some of the fat while you have the elevated test levels. Then when you hit pct bump up the cals to TDEE +5-800 and drop the extra cardio to keep as much muscle gains as you can.

Added fat now plus added fat during pct seems like a whole lot of fat to shed down the road. Just my $.02

I agree! Get rid of that fat with the test in your system. With all that weight gained, just drop some BF and that will have been a great cycle. It takes years for some people to gain that much weight sometimes...

    x2, Great advice.

If you want to cut even more drop below your TDEE.

if you read rowlands thread he states myostatin build up/saturation as the reason why gains stop at week 8 when using anabolics, from there he reccomends a 2 week deload and a drop in dose you will have to check it out because i cant explain it all here.............oh btw......26 pound gains??? on arimidex aswell!!! thats hella good going man good luck with pct
