6' 3" weighing in at 340. Your profile says BF % is "A lot"
That being said, it is not safe to cycle anything just yet. The risks FAR outweigh the benefits. Frankly, chances of benefits is slim to none.
your best option is to hit the nutrition section and let the pro's fix your diet. Even Cardio needs to be slow and steady at super high body fat. No intense training yet.
best of luck to you!

Go to the nutrition section and work out your TDEE, then make a thread posting what you usually eat in a day, what your stats are and what you want to achieve.
Once you have cut the weight down I would train naturally for at minimum a year to gain some muscle before cycling.

Not sure where you read that.
Anyway, in order to cut you have to find out what your TDEE is (Total Daily Energy Expenditure), this will give you a magic caloric number to work off of. It's not possible to get this number without knowing your actual body fat percentage. Once you have your TDEE, you will need to go into a calorie deficit of 500 calories or more. In your case I would go as much as 800 calories. While on a deficit, you will need to get your macro nutrients in order. (Fats, carbs, proteins) These have to be taken in properly without shortage or excess. That's how you cut.
This is all explained in great detail in the nutrition section stickies.

You will most likely gain a decent amount of weight when on a cycle... Diet and cardio can do way more for losing weight than steroids ever could... good Luck...

Congrats on the weight loss. Keep up the good work bro.
If you insist on taking something to aid in this venture, you can safely do the following:
L-Carnitine @ 2 grams daily.
L-Tyrosine @ 2 grams daily.
Also be sure to cut ALL lactose from your diet. Avoid carbs from sources containing dextrose, fructose or maltodextrin. Just drink water and try to include LOTS of diet green tea.

You could try a crosstrainer, very easy on your knees, and great exercise!
I'd stay away from AAS for quite some time yet, finish your weightloss first. I'm guessing you've been reading that things like Trenbolone can speed up fatloss, which is kinda true, to a point, but in your case nutrition and exercise far outweighs any benefits you'd see from steroids .
Also the higher you bf% is, the more of the steroid used would be converted into estrogen, and you really dont want that!
Think of how long it took you to gain all that weight in the first place, loosing it again is a marathon, not a sprint. And you're already more then halfway there!
Just keep at it, and in the meantime read all the stickies about AAS and nutrition here, then once you're done read 'em again, cause you'll have picked up things long the way that will make you understand more of what you're reading the second time.
Keep doing this, and when the time comes for you to get on a cycle, you'll already have the necessary knowledge to do so safely.
I'm also guessing that you'll end up with alot of loose skin once you're done, and you might wanna consider geting surgery to remove it. Some countries (mine included) actually offers stuff like that for free, if it's *alot* of skin. But in most places such surgery is jolly expensive. And you'll wanna save every cent you can, not waste it on AAS that wont do you any good right now anyways
Keep up the good work!
