Weight
How much weight gain should i get from my first cycle. I am in the military and was talking to one of my medic buddies. He said when they tested someone at the clinic it was usually because they gained a very large amount of weight between the semiannual weigh ins and it did not appear to be fat. Kind of worried about that as I am a rather large framed person anyways. 240lb 6'1 my body fat I think is about 16%.

It will solely depend on your diet. Your gains will be reflective of your diet. The amount of food and the macros you eat will determine your weight increase. The more you eat the more you will gain, not the more you inject. Eating a lot will help you gain a lot. Eating the right kinds of foods will help you gain the right kinds of weight. I think I made my point clear

16% is to high to do a cycle without major side effects!!! Please be careful... 6'1' at 240 is huge even at 16% body fat.. I'm 6'3' and i could show a 6 pack at 16% body fat... How accurate is your scale?'not trying to be rude just don't want you to mess up!

Military scale and the home and gym on all are withing a 1/4 lb of each other. Like i said i have a huge frame. Closer to 20 in the pic is the military body fat tape system that far off?

Yeah, I was just surprised when I got a accurate reading! Get a good accurate check and see where your at... Then adjust and start a cycle when you get to 15%... They say that because your chance of sides is way lower if below 13-15% bf.. The good thing is for me it's easier to lose body fat then it is to run actual cycle...
Good luck!

Ok so cycle when i get below 16%. And muscle gains is directly related to food consumption. I'm eating around 4500-5000 calories a day doing a workout program my friend recommended off bodybuilding.com and still losing weight, and simple math says that i have to eat more than that to gain so how much will i have to step my diet up from my base numbers. I understand that most of this stuff is in the kitchen but how much of it can i get through protein shakes and the like or is that a bad way to go about it. Eating that much food is hard on the stomach, it gives me gas something fierce.

Yeah, go to nutrition section... They can you get you set up with a killer diet plan! You won't be hungry either! It's just all about what you eat and when!!! Good luck... Btw, I went from 184lb. 22% bf to 226 lb. 10.9% bf. before I used anything except testosterone ... By just diet...
