Blasting and cruising
in this last cycle i would say i have surpassed my genetic potential or on par
173cm 5"8 85kgs 10% bodyfat
i have been thinking about doing blasting and cruising
the blastings the easy part but what i would like to know is
1) how often do you inject while cruising? still 3rd and 4th day?
2) at what dose would i be able to cruise on to gain 0.5 pound a week of muscle mass? (the standard natty gains)(want to forever bulk)
i want to keep weight lifting interesting all year round nothing funner then lean bulking and having sex (plan on getting a job and getting my freak on in thailand with cheap juice... staying clear of lady boys lol)
edit: i know i have to constantly up the cruise dose to be able to forever bulk but i just want something i can start on and gradually increase

Cruise would be the same as someone on HRT so you can do it every 3 1/2 days or 1x a week depending on the compound.
If you want to continue to grow/gain you need to do a lot of research and also trail and error. It's not as simple as cruising on test or a simple mix. You need to change things up a lot because your receptors get use to a compound and stop responding over time from what I understand. Hopefully there are some with a lot of experience who will help you out. I would not go with just theory or someone who has been cruising a couple of years because there are many variables. You need advice from someone who competes and has been for years.

Another thing to consider especially due to age (I meant to go there but I was late to hit the gym) is that doing a cruise you are at higher risk of permanent shut down and needing to be on HRT for life. Not something I would choose if I had the option.

I wouldn't consider blasting and cruising at 23. Get bw done as stpete mentioned. Depending on the results you may or may not need TRT. I went on TRT at age 33 in 1994 due to extremely low T. In case you don't understand this would be a LIFELONG commitment not just something you can start and stop as you wish.

Blasting and Cruising is something commonly done by guys on TRT, it's not really a method for the rest of us...unless you plan to force yourself onto TRT!

Im 24 and no i havent got blood work done
the reason why i wanted to blast and cruise was to maintain my gains and keep on gaining. it adds to the enjoyment of the gym instead of going there just to maintain fit/lean status. i mean cmon i could sit there for an hour working on perfect form and training for strength cutting down to that 5% but i much prefer the idea of building muscle all the time even if its only 0.5 pound a week.
in otherwords id like to get as big as arnold swarchzenegger. i just gotta find a job and a cheap juice dealer lol
also i do wanna have kids one day i know theres the possibility of going sterile but thats a risk im willing to take besides what can be more funner than keeping on trying... life is a battle ya live it

yeah i know diet and pct is the key but after a certain point your gains will diminish back to the natty genetic potential. i have proper pct sitting in my room just cant decide whether to cruise or not living in australia it costs $19 a week for 200mg/week pretty expensive but a pack of smokes costs people $17ish a day so by me not smoking ciggys im offsetting the juice haha
i just dunno what im going to do i still have 2 weeks left on cycle so ill think it out

If you don't care about your overall health why wouldn't you just cycle year round? It sounds like you could care less about being healthy as long as you are putting on muscle...

Also when you cruise your test levels are not usually at high levels, even if you have a good dr. It takes years to dial in your test and e levels... It is not fun!

Blast and cruise could leave you with low testosterone levels which will require TRT. I can only offer this perspective: being on TRT sucks ass. I started TRT in my 40s and the thought of starting it 20 years sooner is horrifying.

ah k, thanks for the replys fellas as much as its gunna suck i think im gunna just chill at natty potential, i look great anyway chicks dig guys that are healthy and not excessive in the muscle department. reason why the blasting and cruising idea got to me is im not working at the moment im just "gym gym gym ****en loven gym"
Pros
get to look forward to concentrating on form, strength and getting as lean as possible while trying to maintain what muscle i got
dont have to pin twice a week
Cons

You need to pin twice a week, plus hCG twice a week to keep your testicles from atrophying. That is over 200 injections a year. Plus, you might need an AI to keep estrogen levels from creeping up. Some guys have a hard time getting their levels in the right zone and you have to deal with a lot of problems (mood, feeling like crap, erections, etc.) until they do. Your red blood cell count rises so you have to give blood every once in a while. It also messes with your cholesterol levels. Sometimes BP creeps up.
I would take naturally high (or normal) levels any day over TRT.
