    Gyno or not?

Keeping in mind that I've NEVER examined my chest this much in my entire life. I've discovered a small lump under the right nipple and something even smaller under my left nipple. My nipples have not been sensitive nor painful or puffy. This is leading me to believe that the lumps (half-pea sized) were there before. Is this a possibility? Or should I immediately increase the adex dosage. I'm currently on .25mg EOD. I'm 21 days into my first cycle.

Usually lumps are a good indicator if gyno is setting in. It's hard to make a call over the Internet, your best bet is to see a doctor and be safe than sorry.

Sounds like the start of gyno, you say they could have been there before but I think you would have noticed. Plenty of threads about gyno reversal I have used them myself successfully I might add. Good luck!

Is it possible to not have puffy, itchy, sensitive nipples and still get lumps? I'm just wondering if those symptoms are required prerequisites for gyno, or if lumps can grow without those signs.

At a guess I would say yes of corse they could but that's only because different people can have different sensitivity. Small pea like lumps behind the nipple I would say 99% gyno

Your best answer will come from a doctor. Many here are very knowledgable but if there is real concern you should call up the doc
