Recommend a good w/o program on cycle?
Hi going to be cycling (1st timer) after xmas,
Just wondering if anyone can suggest a good w/o program while on cycle?
Like a 5day per week program???im currently on a 3day per week program consisting of 7 compound exercises!(full body w/o)
Im wondering if its better to have do more days a week as il be on cycle!

There is a section for everything on this board. I suggest you hit them one by one and read the stickies as needed. But to get you started the current program your on will do for starters. You can evolve from there as you gain more knowledge on this subject and your body adapts to the changes its getting ready to go through.
