    Short or long cycle.

Doing som R&D for my next cycle. What would you guys say ya get the most benefits from a 8week cycle or a 12 week cycle. What about a 16-18 wk cycle..? Does your body just get use to the gear at some point?

It depends what ester you are using. I personally don't notice long ester noticeable changes until about week 8-10.

What were you planning on running?

Well for short it would be prop/npp and long test c/deca with maybe a dbol kick. So would you recommend a 16-18 week cycle or is that too long? I know it means it will be harder to bounce back to natty but with hcg and a solid pct it should be ok.

There is a ton of information on this site outlining the advantages of short cycles and blasts. And once you begin reading them, you'll be convinced that short cycles are the way to go, AFTER you've experienced a long ester and are have become accustomed to pinning.

I prefer shorter cycles around the 4 -6 wks. If you know how to design them properly and understand how to incorporate a pre cycle prime then imho you can build has much muscle than any long cycle with less sides also better chance at maintaining the gains.

I'm interested in hearing more, mainly about a pre cycle prime

On and off quick is the safest but some of the decision is based on personal goals!

It doesn't suit everyone but for me personally and many clients I've worked with and also friends have built more muscle and maintained it easier than any long cycle I've ran and also the advantage of less sides is also a winner.

If Tren A was readily available to me vs. the tren E that I get...I would perhaps never consider a long cycle again. Rather run 3 short cycles a year than 2 long ones!
