Then it's most likely your diet. I'm willing to bet you don't eat 25 - 30% of what your body needs to make consistent lean mass gains.
If you don't eat...................you don't grow...............period.

Only been working out for 6 months
You're 6' tall and only weigh 155
And I'm willing to bet your diet is not up to par. Likely not eating nearly enough.
Get your diet straightened out and lift hard.

Like Shsm said post what you ate yesterday and someone will get you straight. You are too young for AAS, you can do long term damage. Stick around read and learn and in a few years you MAY be ready. You have alot of growing to do first. Oh yea and Welcome to the site.

Dude! 4 pounds in 6 months aint too shabby. At 6 foot tall and 155 lbs, I can promise you that if you do "cycle" now, you will lose every pound because you have not learned to eat enough to support weight. You are eating enough to support 155lbs, but 30 more lbs? Do you understand how much more you will have to eat, cycle or not? Sure, you could cycle year around and put alot of weight on, but as longas you are eating like a 155 lb man, you will drop back down to 155 lbs. You, me, nor anyone else should rely on AAS to do the work that we are not willing to do ourselves. Too many young guys out there who think steroids are majic pills or juice, and they think that steroids are what is going to make them big and strong. You are much too young for AAS. I say this because at your age, you are producing close to what uld guys are trying to maintain. You could ruinthat with AAS use at too young of an age. Please reconsider and work on your diet and training first. Dont jump into the "last case scenario" first. Be careful andbe safe. Good luck!

I lifted like crazy an[/B]d ate all the time when I was your age, I gained 1lb a month. Get a few boxes of wheat pasta, some 93/7 beef ... Several lbs of it and eat 5-6 big portions a day. Ad some bread and natural peanut butter a few times a day if that doesn't do it. It's hard at 18 to gain weight, but as the othr guys said, steroids are not the answer. Even if you were older they wouldn't be because a higher test level equates to a higher metabolism which means you would have to eat a lot more than you do now. Also, your brother gained weight at 25 because his metabolism had slowed down by then... So will yours and at that point, getting on aas would be a much safer option.

Dude fix your diet and workout hard. you are only 18 . dont think about steroids before 25-26
or you will seriously hate your self.... Check out Marcus Thread about young and steroids. you would get many sides from it and you will live with it for the rest of ur life. low testosterone , no gains, Limp DICK ( THE WORST) , Gyno from not knowing about AI ...
its just to much sides and you are 155 man!
get a good bulking up diet and eat right and workout . for the next decade or so!

There's a bunch of diet experts in the Nutrition Resource Forum. I suggest you go over there and post your stats, typical daily diet and your goals. They will be more than happy to help you out. Not that we aren't here, but you will get a lot more looks/advice there. Plus, there are some valuable stickies over there just like the ones Mickey posted that i think you should read.
Good Luck
