guys I'm in my first cycle of Test E 250*twice with D-bol 20mg * 4 weeks. SO Anyways i'm in my 2nd week . And i havent got any visible Sides yet. No pimples nor bloting from d-bol nor Any puffy Nip.SO I just wana know i Have Arimidex In hand Shall i start it right away ? Or should i wait for sides To pop Up ? i was thinkin of using 0.5mg E3D to keep the EStro in control but then startin readin threds sayin Only use it whn u get Sides As it my effect the gains. So What shall i do ?

yes take it now, visible sides aren't the only negative effect of AAS use. start with .25mg eod though because arimidex is very powerful stuff.

Yes! Start the adex right away. .25mg EOD. dO not wait for sides like puffy nipples, if you allow that to happen, it will be to late for adex at that point and you may need to beging gyno reversal protocal. The point of the adex is to nip that in the but BEFORE it has a chance to begin. As far acne and other sides, not everyone is as susepable. I'm in week 7 of test at 500mg and no acne no oily skin and minimul bloat. I did blow up a little bit between weeks 5 and 6 but just lowered sodium and increased h20 and all is fine.

The standard and recomended dose for adex .25 eod, not e3d. Start with .25 first and adjust from there only if nessasary, i run adex at .25 eod and im fine with .

FYI, for future reference, you always begin your ai at the start of your cycle, on the same day as your first pin. Some will even suggest to begin the ai a week or two prior to the start of the cycle, but i dont really think thats nessasary, just my .02

I started taking steroids about 8 months ago.
That was my first time, i took it for about 1 month and then i stopped because i started to swell up on my butt like crazy and it was painful. So i stopped that.
I believe i was on test e and eq
Then i started to take hgh for 3 months.
I am not currently not on anything but now i have acne like crazy on my face a little bit on my chest but it is really bad on my face.

** i never took pct or arimidex before
** if i should take arimidex how much should i take?
** where is a reliable place where i can get it from?


Please does anyone have any suggestions for me on how i can get rid of the acne.
I will really appreciate any advice, someone please help me!
