Test e for first cycle
Hi I am looking to do my first cycle and have heard a test e only cycle is the best for a first cycle. But thats why im here trying to find the best possible cycle so am open to peoples help! Also what would be a good dose to start with?

I know this isn't what you WANT to hear but at 20 y.o your test level is through the roof and there is no need to shut it down and replace it with an alternate test source.
You also need to consider that your enodcrine system is not fully developed until age 24-26 and you run a great risk of stopping your natural growth process!

Mmm I dont think steroids stunt your growth that's just myth ppl like to talk about.

what are your stats mate?
20 or 60, you may have reasonable goals that can be attained easily with a few tweaks here and there, give us some info and we see if we can help you out, whatever that course of action may be
also do you understand the possible risks invilved by starting young (we aint the media it isnt a scare tatic)

I am 20 years old 178cm tall and weigh between 78-80kg been training since I was 16. I put on muscle very easily due to my lucky genetics. I am looking to bulk up to about 85. I am aware of the potential risks taking steroids young. I am very bent on staying as healthy as possible and staying safe as possible. If it meant me delaying steroid use until I was 25 I would do so. I am very open to suggestions and advice. If anybody has any advice on side effects or what I should do please help?!

can you post what you typically eat on a daily basis, with macros if you know them but if not no big deal just the meals, food sizes i.e 100g chicked, 50g rice if possible
i confident this is where your problem lies mate

I've have never followed a proper bulking diet mate, but have just finished creating one for when I start my bulk. Ill post it for you to look at, let me know what ya think mate.
Ill post a quick example of my diet to show you what i eat.
Meal 1- 100g rolled oats, Banana, 250ml Milk, 2 eggs, Whey Protein Shake
Meal 2- 20g Almonds, 95g Tuna, 2 peanut butter sandwiches
Meal 3- 250g Chicken Breast, 1 cup of pasta, 1 cup of vegtables
Meal 4- 2 wholemeal sandwiches with peanut butter
Preworkout shake
Meal 5- Whey Protein Shake, 2 peanut butter sandwiches
Meal 6-250g Steak, 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of vegies
Adds up to be around 3683 calories!

not to sound lazy here, but im bolixed, i can barely keep my eyes open, all in all your diet dosnt seem to bad but i havnt the mental capacity to work out the macros at the minute lol, if you want to continue this then ill send a link, give it a look, made by a member here ''gbrice'' the man knows his stuff

na seriously get it going in nutrition section, sometimes reply take a little longer but the info there i second to none, if your seriou then that is the place to be going!!!!!

you got a good base there though, im pleasantly surpried, alot better then most newbies, you should have no problems, 3 months with a good lean bulk diet which we will help you put together over rhere and believe me you will be utterly shoocked how something so simple can make sucha MASSIVE difference, trust me its worth the little bit of leg work you have to put in now to reap the rewards in the near future bro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
those two links with the info they contain, even though they are short, ever last bit is of the highest quality, you would pay good money for them in a bookshop mate so enjoy!

Your wrong and to offer this to someone as myth is reckless. Use of AAS can harm and or shut down the growth and maturity of the endocrine system as well as seal the growth platlets of the bones.
Please support your statement with facts if you believe this to be incorrect
