    None that I have been able to tell. I eat a small meal 45 minutes before going to the gym in the evening, and then again around 11pm.

    I just jumped on T3 on top of my Albuterol stack at the moment and let me tell you - the fat loss i'm experiencing right now puts my GW run TO SHAME!!! TO ABSOLUTE SHAME!! 2 days ago I added T3 into my cycle, and in just 2 days I have dropped 3 lbs. and 1.5% bodyfat. My resting body temperature is 98.5 dregrees farenheight with the amount of fat being used as energy and released as heat! No guessing games, no "maybe i'm doing this wrong, maybe its not burning fat because of this or that", nothing. 1.5% bodyfat in 2 days.

    Let me tell you, if a fat burner really is working to the extent people claim it should, you'd be able to tell IMMEDIATELY. Especially with the claims people make with GW, results should be trackable within days. Now that i've started use of some REAL fat burners again for the first time in a long while now, I can now compare this to my run of GW and suffice to say, I conclude that GW-501516 is absolute bullshit when it comes to the fat loss claims. Bullshit. Either the GW I used was complete bunk (which I don't think it was considering I did experience the endurance benefits out of it), or GW's fat burning properties just don't work for me for whatever unknown reason.

    Either way, back to the tried, tested, and true Albuterol/T3 stack for me.

    Yup, doing it on-cycle. I would never run T3 without anabolic steroids to preserve muscle mass. If you want to look like a skinny anorexic woman, just run T3 without AAS. My cycle is as follow at the moment:

    Currently on week 6 of:
    - Testosteronr @ 100mg weekly
    - Trenbolone @ 200mg weekly
    - Anavar @ 100mg daily (700mg weekly)
    - Albuterol @ 24mg daily

    Roman, are you monitoring body temperature through your GW run? Body temperature is a very good sign of whether or not a fat burner is working as well as people say it should.

    Atomini what kind of T3 dose are you running, and what is your ramp up and ramp down like? I don't think I could run that much albuterol though. I tried it once at 6mg 4x daily and felt like I was on crank. I'm ok taking 4mg 3 times per day but that's about it. Sorry for the hijack TR

    I'm running 100mcg daily. No ramp up, no ramp down. I've done this before.

    In reference to the Albuterol comment - you took WAYY too much Albuterol buddy! My ramp up with Albuterol was just two 4mg tablets once daily just to get used to the stim side effects until I eventually moved up to 24mg per day. You started at 24mg daily, that's huge considering there was no ramp up!

    Let me ask you atomini, on your t3/alb run, what sides are you experiencing? any edginess? irritablitliy?

    None. Actually i've noticed improved overall positive mood since running the T3, but nothing drastic. It's one of the things T3 does.

    I plan on running the T3 for about 4 weeks and the Albuterol for 8 - 10 (depends on where i'm at in terms of fat loss by the later weeks of the cycle.

    Hey Roman where did you get your GW? (if its ok to ask and its not some UGL place of that sort)
    I have been on the fence on it. but I only used a small amount (1btl) I got for free, not really a fair amount to judge.

    It's been 2.5 weeks now. From 242 to 234, so down 8 pounds. That's about 1/2 pound a day if you believe in averages.
    Additionally, I have experienced some mild/moderate improvements in cardio. The stationary seems much easier and I can run it longer with less effort.

    don't forget to take your tribulus (1gram) every day with it. Helps to reduce the risk of stomach polyps

    I thought it might be since they made the "name our GW thread" a while ago. :-D glad its out now.

    Spring is coming and I am not a big clen fan so this may be awesome to help out with recomp.

    I havent used trib in like 10 years. was such a waste of money , but I took it for the so called "gains" not this.

    Can find it easy enough though!

    there is a small increase in the likelihood developing stomach polyps but they also found that a COX-2 inhibitor would eliminate this issue and is why TRIB is mentions since its an inexpensive COX-2 Inhibitor.

    I actually found it this info here then look at the study at the ref's seems gtg.

    I was looking for info like this.

    I was going to start my cycle at 10mg a day for 30 days.

    Are you against going up to 10 or do u plan on staying at 5 for the remainder of cycle???

    I have 6mg/ml Albut so I just started with .5ml or 3mg and I feel it. Nothing extreme at all. I'm really stim sensitive so I'm really hoping Albut works for me so I can use when I need to drop a few pounds. Haven't started T3 yet.

    It never is, is it. I'm learning that. I'd consider myself relatively inexperienced to a lot of you guys. But its never just the juice, its diet, working out correctly and the juice. Dieting same thing.

    Anyway, still checking in and reading TR. Good luck. GW isn't cheap so hope it has a good bang for the buck.

    I have heard 24h too.

    Dosing once daily seems to be optimal, and was used in all the clinical trials I read.

    I have been on it since Friday and in the 2 days of being on it (10mg) I have noticed 2 things for sure.

    Being more regular and I sleep a lot better on it.

    Also I started at 192 and am at 189. Weighing in every morning. running 3 miles per day.

    I will also keep this thread posted on my progress as well....

    5mg for the remainder of the cycle. You cannot really determine two things at once. I'm trying to determine IF GW works. Next would be optimal dose. Determining optimal dose would be time consuming and expensive. To determine optimal dose, you'd want to run each proposed dose for probably like 30 days. But 30 days at 5mg is something like $100. 20mg for a month would be $400. Suppose the optimal dose is higher than that? Most would run out of "desire to spend" if the optimal dose is anything more than between 5 to 15mg per month. I'd volunteer to be a guinee pig if someone else were willing to bank roll the experiment, someone like AR-R (hint hint)

    I see no reason why you could not. the problem is we have no clinical data with GW and any number of a variety of other compounds out there. Someone needs to step up the plate. Maybe that someone is YOU?

    I will be running Albut/T3 and TB500 here shortly. I want to add a compound every 3rd day or so. Not running TB500 with them for synergistic effect but trying to fix some tendonitis and lose some weight at the same time. And run some test and some orals.

    Thinking about this now....wondering if I should stop my PHs. Test, PHs, Albut all ok, but T3 and TB500? I need to give this some thought.

    I think that the TB and anything should be fairly safe. I don't know about T3 yet to comment.
