New Dose Protocol - 10mg per day
Well mates, I've finished up my first 30ml vial. From 242 to 232. Took 1ml/day, but somehow ended 4 days early. I'm not going to say the bottle was short, since I've probably taken a bit more than the 1ml each day.
I have one bottle left, and will up the daily dose to 10mg (2ml) each day, starting tomorrow.
I'm not sure, nor convinced that the GW actually contributed to the weight loss. I've been cutting carbs to a single meal in the morning, consisting of a half a cup of rolled oats, and trying to avoid the rest of the day. I have had much success in the past with restricted carb diets and weight loss. Additionally, I haven't been eating as much, and 30 minutes of cardio 3 days out of four.
I understand i'm supposed to take a break from the GW after a 30 day run, but i've decided another two weeks probably won't hurt (still taking the tribulus), and I'm a little eager to finish up this trial since not as successful as I was hoping.Last edited by Times Roman; 01-23-2013 at 10:44 PM.

242 to 232. Good job! Thats successful if you ask me. But you are giving more credit to diet and cardio than GW? Is that why you don't feel it was as successful as you hoped?

Man, no conclusive evidence that the GW1516 works. Sucks, I wanted to try it but I am not up for wasting $90.

I'm into week 2 of cycle. 10mg per day. Not noticing anything much different. Weight hasn't come down. I' m doing cardio 4 out of 7 days a week. High intensity 3 mile run.
I am noticing that my core is feeling a lot tighter. That may be from the running, they may be from the GW or it may be from both. I dont know but I do know that its there and wasn't before.
Appetite is still the same. I'm sleeping fine. No mood swings. Libido fine.
I also hear that week 2 is where you start to see the results. So this may be the week where I can start to see a drop, if any...

Actually, I'm looking forward to ending this GW cycle and moving on to something a little more productive. With the weight loss, and the cold, and the GW, my strength is significantly down.
I'm still 10mg/day and coming to the end of the second bottle. I don't think I'll be looking to use GW anymore.
I think it is one of those things I wanted to check out, and now that I have, glad i did, and glad to move on.

I've dropped 5 lbs.
I have noticed this GW works better with a low calorie diet.
Like the TS, I do, am a bit skeptical.
I, however, am only on 1 bottle. 10mg per day and will probably be done at end of bottle.
I'm going to get back on T3/Clen after this is done with test.

Hey, sorry for bumping the thread as it's kind of old... but I have a question I'd like to ask regarding GW. From what I've read it seems to have bodyfat burning qualities. But my body weight is only ~142lbs. It fluctuates from 142-149. I once weighed 190(I was overweight...) or so and lowered down to my current weight from cardio, but I still have a gut/"love handles" at my current weight( I'm quite short ). Well, I guess my question is, would it be possible to take GW and have the bodyfat burning qualities take effect to get rid of my gut and such, without me dipping below 140lbs? Help would be appreciated... Thank you!

GW will do nothing to burn fat. It is near useless for fat burning qualities. You should read through the whole log and see. I also created a log way back to document my experience as well. No notable fat loss what so ever, and I was doing doses that are astronimical in comparison to Roman's. I dropped well over $600 on this crap anticipating fat loss when I experienced endurance benefits that were useless to me anyways.
Your fat loss will come from a caloric deficit.
