When I was 17 I was 5'9" and weighed 205lbs with 15% body fat. At the time I thought I knew what I was doing but looking back on things now with the knowledge I have I realize my training was terrible, my diet was atrocious, and I rarely did cardio. Once I was done with football I dropped weight bc I didn't need to be huge anymore. Now I'm 170 and 7% BF. If I had known then what I know now I think I could have been a lot closer to your goal of 200lbs and 8% BF....long story short, yes I believe it's definitely possible with hard work, proper training, and strict diet.

Short answer, probably not.
Long answer, at your age is the best time to try. Educate yourself and work smart. Reason now is best simply because now is when you would most likely be able to reach that goal naturally.
And don't worry about not knowing your height. I wasn't sure at 18 either, growing recently plus getting it measured with different results.
Also might be best to not tie yourself down to a certain weight you want to hit. But instead get as muscular and lean as you desire and if it ends up being 185 and 8% you still look great.

Possible, yes, but not for most. Maintaining it? That could be very difficult. If you can maintain that weight at that height naturally with single digit body fat that means you've got better than average genetics.

Well- even when I was "natty" I was significantly over the weight that those stupid online calculators state is my maximum potential based on wrist and ankle size.
I DID have some issues however back in the day with my joints because I put on weight so fast however. Now that I'm on TRT- that calculator is way off because I have the bone structure of a 9 year old girl but I'm 5'8 and weigh in at 191 around 15% BF right now but still have a 30/32 waist.

Not necessarily true. There are guys that are genetically gifted that have 'magazine bodies' without ever touching AAS. That's the 0.5% of the US population though... most are juicing. Agreed- you can add a ton of weight in just wheels. Big quads and calves are where a lot of my 190ish pounds are. I have ankles smaller than most peoples wrists though.

Depends on genetics, diet, and routine. Honestly- pretty slim unless you spend a lot of the time in the gym, eat right, sleep well, and have the genetics. I'm your height and weigh 191. I started working out at 19 and weighed around 145-155 lbs back then. Today I'm 35. I've been in the gym 80% of that time and started eating right probably 5 years ago. I'm natural and just started TRT about a year ago ONLY because my TRT levels tanked significantly over the past few years to the point that I needed to be on TRT. My test levels now are nowhere near the "I'm on steroids range" and I'm taking only enough testosterone to be where I should normally be.
Steroids do wonders.. BUT... without the right diet, routine, and rest you'll do more damage than good. Keep in mind 200 lbs is a lot of muscle and you need to have equally balanced tendons and joints. That takes time. Doing a few cycles of steroids aren't gonna get you to 200 lbs at 8%. That's A LOT of work and a lot of eating.
