    Illness just before PCT HELP!

    Just finished 13 week cycle test 500 per week with var 80mg ed for last 7 weeks. last pin was exactly 1 week ago. pct due to start next thursday
    liquid tamox 40/20/20/20
    liquid clomi 75/50/50/50
    i have caught a nasty flu like virus thats been going around the UK. Im very ill cant get to the gym, and i cant eat as much as i would like to. I am hoping I can be back in the gym by next tuesday but im really layed up at moment. iv made great gains but really worried about losing them all, as i wanted to go into pct training hard and eating well. My question is, should i do 1 more 400mg pin of test just to keep my base levels ok and prevent loss of gains, and then do pct 2 weeks later as planned as hopefully i will be well by then, or should i just conntinue as planned with damage limitation and try my best once im over this virus??

    Continue w/PCT as planned. You won't lose your gains overnight. And besides, you're probably due for a few days off if you didn't take any extra ones during cycle. Being wore down may have contributed to you catching the virus. I would play it safe for another day or two and rest up and medicate. Try to hit the gym in some form or fashion first thing in the morning as that's when you'll probably have the most energy. Just don't go to the gym now and possibly spread it throughout your gym. That's not nice.

    One other thing. if you're unable to eat, at least go purchase some protein/carb drinks.

    IMO id go ahead and do the test, but whenever ive been on cycle iver never gotten sick not even so much as a light cold or stomach virus. So maybe with the test in you, youll be able to get over the virus as quick as possible. If you decide not to do the test then id say try and force your self to eat and get to the gym, i know it would be hard as hell but you dont wanna drop what youve worked so hard for. Good luck man.

    I agree with stpete.

    Continue with PCT as planned and concentrate on recovering ASAP, then continue with your workout routine while on PCT.

    Agree with stpete and tj rest if you go to the gym it will knock you for six and it will take longer to recover.

    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
