4th cycle testE/dbol/tren A
Hey guys,
I'm going for my 4th cycle haven't been able to push weights in awhiled, had back injury in a motorcycle crash again.. bleh was out on a bed for 5-6 months, dropped down from 245 pounds to 155 pounds.
so I'm jumping back on the first cycle I've ever gone on(best one that worked up so far)
500-600mg weekly of test e
50mg dbol 6 first week,
tren A I think it's 150mg every 2 days mid way through cycle till end
haven't really prepared my full cycle, will have post-cycle stuff, later during cycle
I need to know what's the best way to head back to 220-240 mark, I went from 175 to 220 in 2-3 months, but what I'm looking for best diet for a person with a extremely high metabolism able to dump up to 8000 calories a day without a sweat,
I've never been this skinny since I was like 16 years old, anyways I'm back at the gym right now first week, back in got the whole cycle coming to me tomorrow,
most will say put a good frame for 2-3 months in the gym and then start your cycle and you would be right but I don't have this luxury.
so I got to put on about 60-80 pounds in a 3-4 months span.. so any help is very greatly appreciated,
also I need a good liver protecter so any advice on pharmacy product that could help with this would helpfull, and I do use milk thistle but I need something stronguer.

It's not realistic to expect to be able put that kind of weight on in that amount of time, I can't even do that at my doses & diet.
Why don't you have the time to do it the right way?
How tall are you?
How old are you?

you did read that right, I've been stuck on a bed for 6 months on pain killers, enough to kill a elephant, but I'm looking to get back to the original weight I was previous to that which was 245

Sorry bro, even at 5 or 6 grams of gear + an 8,000 cal diet, those gains in that period of time are unheard of.
I can certainly help you with a big diet, big AAS doses & big lifting, but you have to snap back to reality big guy.

yeah.. I'd do the same if I could, but it's not really an option, it's either I aim for it or it's pretty much over, they're giving me 3 months maybe 4 to get back to par

Believe me, I totaly understand the need foe anonymity here, but I will ask at least once. What do you do? Why are you so desperate to gain 90 lbs in such short order?
If you choose to tell me to mind my own fvcking business, I understand, & I won't pry again, but you've peaked my curiosity.

Why dont you workout naturally and eat well for 6 months or so and gain some weight naturally
Then start with something small like only test
Good luck. And listen to bear!

OK, well I have absolutely no fvcking idea how to put 90 lbs on you in that period of time.
I would love to help you, but I'm not gonna lie to you, what you want to do, can't be done...............not even with steroids .

even if I'm not 6-8% body fat it don't really matter, as long as I get back at above 220+ because if I get back at 155 and get back to 220+, or else if I come back home at 155 some people will have quite a few question for me, because It'll take me about 2 years to put back that kind of weight on, and I've never been able to keep that sort of weight without a annual cycle so..
my natural peak weight is 190-200

You should be happy you're alive after such an experience. Who gives a flying sh!t what others' say. Everyone who is hospitalized for 6 months loses a ton of weight. This thread is aggravating me a bit so I will leave it alone. Either way... good luck.

I'm still new, but from what I've read around here the last couple of months-Bear is definitely your guy in this dept. If he says it can't be done, it can't. Just looking at his diet is enough to give some "weak knees". And I won't even start on the other....LOL....

And I will add that the three other people in this thread (Austinite, Bear, and Lunk) are not out to mislead anyone and seem to be the most helpful.
