Well i will be going to 3 doses and/or full doses this week.
Hoping my primo gets here.. Tomorrow is MLK day so its not gonna be here then. Was planning on startn it tomorrow too. Oh well!

well went to full dose of ghrp-2/mod grf (100mcg/40mcg) this am with no negative effects. may add 3rd dose today as well. kinda wanna get these dosages maxd out. i may be a little more patient though. well see.
this 3day cycle is set up pretty well i think. today is a fast/low cal day and im prepped for it after eating yesterday. it seems everything is spaced just right. i def wouldnt wanna go 3 days at 600cals and the one day at 3100-3500cals replenishes me just enuff to go another 2 days..

thx pal! yeh i suppose ill be happy with the full dose. i may also run a full dose tonite before bed too. slept last nite better than ive slept in awhile. from my understanding of the diet im running by bed time of my low cal fasting days (esp on day 2) there are so many hormonal things going on and catecholomines and stuff moving around sleeping can be difficult, and this has proven to be the case. i also have been drinking a lot of coffee which i cut out last night.
the night before i drank 64oz coffee before bed and didnt sleep well. i wonder why? (duh) although usually i can drink 32-64oz of coffee and sleep fine.

lol. You're like me with the coffee. Coffee is very good for you, moderately speaking of course. I tend to increase my water intake if I drink too much coffee.

yeh on these 600cal days i increase my water if for no other reason to fight hunger! usually drink 150-250oz on those days..
pap i hope i have something to show u by then! i am looking leaner in the mirror.. when i take pics of myself though for some reason the camera doesnt represent well what i see in the mirror. maybe its cuz im using my phone.. also lighting is difficult..

Yeah ive seen that happen with me as well. Photos will never truly show the way you look, you will always look better in person for sure!!!! Which is good because sometimes we go by what we see in the photo and push ourselves even more where in fact we might be where we want to lol
Im sure i'll be impressed as ive been so far!!! No doubts!

hey thx pal yeh i am figuring out natural light is necessary! the prob is i use my phone to take my pics and i have to set a timer so its trial and error cuz i have to set the phone down and then stand in front of it and i cant tell if everything is lined up well until after the pic is taken.. can be a pain in the butt!

well today marks my first day of 3 doses of peps.. 1 full dose and 2 half doses. i will probably go to 3 full doses.. other than falling asleep at work this am i must say i really havent noticed a whole lot in regards to effects from these things. i guess thats maybe the point in ramping up? i have been having some interesting dreams. even this am i was dosing off in my work truck and dreaming within like 30secs.. (it was parked people )

yesterday i went over on cals by probably 1000cals. i just wasnt ready to stop eating at the end of the day so had 2 big bowls of cottage cheese with blueberries and strawberries mixed in as well as a peanut butter and banana sandwich. i basically just said screw it im eating it!
i am actually ready for this cut to be over. just burned out on being hungry all the freaking time.
im pretty much lean enuff at this point to be satisfied with myself as the primary reason for me cutting so low (abs) is becoming apparent that i need to build them more ad the problem is NOT that my bf% is too high but that my abs are too small!
im gonna see this thing thru but cant wait until its done so i can fvcking eat some dang food like a normal person every day!

yeh its just a guess. i was prob 9.7 (ish) when i started and i could be 8.8(ish) now. not quite as significant as 2 full points i doubt..
i can maintain 10% year round now on 3500cals/1800cals (EOD split with 18hr fast).. already figured that out.. fasting is awesome and provides a LOT of freedom!

well had a breakthru last night with my TVA and the abs workout dan has helped me with. figd id post a couple pics to be thorough, plus im halfway thru this cut (assuming i run 6 weeks). id like to note i am a lot leaner than i appear in these pics.. ill get my wife to take some better ones at some point..

i suppose i should note this weekend marks halfway thru this hard cutting phase (3weeks) and i am very happy with the results so far!. i may end up going longer i dont know because the steroids i planned on doing have not worked out like i originally planned.
right now the only things im on are test cyp at 200mg per week and peptides (mod grf, ghrp-2) and naturally the L carnitine.. but not on the primo and waiting for anavar which i think is what im gonna run. will prob consider going 4 weeks once it gets here..
lesson learned: next time i plan on doing anything involving steroids i will wait to have the steroids present and in my possession before i implement whatever i plan to do!

oh yeh i should also note i dont think ive had a cheat meal since starting this cut so i had one last night. actually i suppose u could say i had 2.
first one:
2 chic fil a sandwiches, fry, sweet tea (with lemon), large ice dream cone
second:
2 bowls PB capn crunch
2.5 peanut butter and banana sandwiches (one of which i ate in bed before i fell asleep)
i slept better last night after all that food than i can remember sleeping in at least a year if not longer. i fell asleep and the next thign i knew it was morning and i was late for work. i havent slept an entire night without waking in i dont know how long.. it was great!

Well sitting in doc office waiting for BOD POD.. It was killing me. Last time i was 193lbs 9.9%bf
Today im guessing around 188lbs 8.5%bf

well these pics tell the tale! 4 weeks of hell for FVCKING NOTHING!
i think my ability to become more lean has reached the psychological limit of myself without help from drugs! woulda been a whole lot easier to just start tanning and skip the 4 weeks of pure torture! i would like to note i feel leaner and it seems i am leaner when i look in the mirror but the pics tell the tale.. here u go:
id also like to hear what yalls thoughts are on T3 and clenbuterol for getting the rest of the fat off??
oh 1 more thing.. i never got to take any FVCKING STEROIDS DAMMIT!!!!
