    deca and sustanon

    Whats up guys
    New to this sight and need some advice
    Im 37 yrs old weigh 197lb have been pushing weight now for about a year or so. I started with cyp 200mg for my first 3 cycles doing a total of 800mg per week (400mg on Monday 400mg on Thursday) for 5 weeks . What Im using for pct is an estrogen blocker and some kind of test booster like AHD. I stay on for 5 weeks and pct for 5 weeks using vitamins and milk thistle through my whole cycle. Ive recently started on deca 400 and test E 300 and Im in my 5 week now . Im doing deca 400mg on Monday stacked with 400mg of test E and 400mg of test E only on Thursday. I have noticed a big gain in strength but not noticing much on muscle gains. Im going to be running deca for a total of 10 weeks and test E for 12 weeks with the proper pct (hcg ,estrogen blocker and a test booster) . So my question finally is will i see better gains fron deca and sustanon or should i just stick to deca and test E? . Any recommendations on doses would be great. Btw my diet is very lean and im taking in close to 3000 calories a day. will also start running anavar for the last 5 weeks to cut . thanks in advance guys

    My philosophy is to take the least amount of AAS to get the max amount of gains. Once you start stacking compounds you're gonna need more (if not physically, mentally). You also open yourself up for more sides. If you're still getting good results from Test, I would just stick with Test. Deca /Test works well I've run it several times in the past. Anavar /Test also is a good cycle.

    You been lifting about a year and got 3 cycles under your belt.And you dont see nothing wrong with this?

    Not trying to blast you bro but your pct is not accurate what so ever. Hcg is to be ran during cycle to keep your boys in good shape and pct should be nov/clomid.. Test booster is fine but won't do the trick alone. I would do some research on here and get a proper pct lined up ASAP. You can get nov/clomid from site sponsor. Ar-r .

    I'm not taking any advice negative that's why I'm on here .I've seen minimal muscle gains but thought I would see more I guess . I will be doing more research on pct since I thought I was doing it right . Any other advice would be appreciated . Thks

    You also want to look into your diet. 3000 cals is not a lot IMO. If you are trying to put on size you will have to work on that calorie intake. I thought me diet was perfect when I started and it was far from it. You gota eat big to get big my friend. The right foods at the right times. The nutrition section will give you everything you need to know. Good luck!
