Start with creatine. It'll pul some size and strength on you. Drink lots of water with it. Take your vitamins and bcaa's. and again, nutrition. Your body is like a high performance car, ur not gonna put 87 octane pump gas in a top fuel dragster right?

im taking Muscle Pharm creatine and post workout along with NO-explode and Whey protein. doing it in cycles and drinking a ton of water.

it sounds like your teammates are fvckn with you cause for one i do not think tren was ever legal and you are a freshman so you cant believe everything they tell you.
second, start eating steak and potatoes everyday.. if you have an ipad or iphone download one of them calorie counter apps, log and track everything you eat thru the app and it will help you get started to understand your calorie intake and how many calories, carbs, proteins, fats you need to consume in one day to reach your goal..
thrid DO NOT take steroids while in college you could possibly lose your scholarship if your on one or just straight be kicked off the team if caught using AAS.
fourth, you must read and read and read and reread to understand what you want. or maybe you should look into taking a health class as an elective to knock out a credit and educate yourself on your body.

Those supps should be used to complement a finely tuned diet not as the sole provider of nutrition.

You have 12 different people telling you TO DO THE SAME DAMN THING. Shut your mouth, drop the attitude and start taking the advice people are telling you! There is no magic pill that is going to get you to 180 overnight. There are no cheats or quick tips. I am surprised that at the college level you are playing at you do not have a team of coaches/trainers/nutritionists around you telling you what and how much you have to eat. When i played college ball I had a coaching staff and training staff and a nutritional staff around me telling me what to eat to be in top shape.

Problem with your plan of juicing without a good diet foundation is you will gain some weight then shrink back down within a week or two. Theres also huge risks from cycling at your age. You will end up risking permanent damage like your dik not working all for nothing cause you wont keep the weight. It takes years of training and diet to get it all dialed in. Im glad I waited until I was almost 30.

Now i dont no anything about basketball as i think its a useless game but why would you use tren to improve your performance? Basketball has alot of running yes? Tren is not the best with cardio youl be better using test e/c at 500mg a week and maybe use dbol for the first 4-5 weeks. And why am i telling you this? Because your a idiot who is not listening to good advise. Wana hear a story? A guy i went to school with started steroids at age 16 just test and dbol stack. By the age of 18 he was onto tren test dbol and deca stacks he is now 24 and has not had a erection for around 5 months even woth viagra he cant really get wood. His a massive guy 190cm and 110kg but he cant even go into a bar and pick up a bird and take her home because he cant even get his wee wee hard. Do you want that to happen to you? Just eat heaps of food and train hard and if your not good enough your not good enough plan and simple. Tough love brah. You risk fuc**** up your body for the rest of your life your body has not fully developed to start changing your hormones yet. And tren i bet you dont even no a thing about the sides? Night sweats, insomnia, crazy thoughts, you dont have the balls at your age to handle the emotional an phyiscal sides. Tuff love brah suck it up!!!

You are TOO YOUNG to be doing ANY KIND of AAS of ProHormone, this is not up for debate, this is a fact.
You need to EAT TO GROW, AAS will not change that, and if you havent been eating enough up untill now, I'm prepared to bet that ALL YOU NEED is proper friggin nutrition.
Just listen to what the people here are telling you, even thought it's not what you WANT to hear.

Basically you mean you dont give a fvck about your health, your future or any legal aspects of it as well as you wont listen to any logic or common sense anyone is willing to tell you and you just want someone to say it's OK and for you to do what you want.
It's OK, do what you want. You are 18 and legally you are an adult and responsible for your own decisions. If your health is not worth taking the time to do some research then why should any of us really care.

Did anyone not notice this kid asked if he first had to gain fat and then turn it into muscle? How did he get into college? And at 5'9" why basketball?
With kids like this I think the best thing to do is outline a cycle they can't possibly afford.

Not sure if any one mentioned this but it is the first thing I thought of.
If you play basketball tren will make you really slow. It ruins cardio and Will make you lethargic and slow.
Just because you have more red blood cells dose not mean it will make you run better.
