4th cycle what do you reccomend?
Hello guys, new to this site.
stats:
age-28
height-6'2
weight-225
BF-13.8%
Yeah i know my body fat is a little higher than i need it to be but hell, it's just after christmas i think we all went up a little haha. anyway this is my 4th cycle and i was wondering what sounds good to you guys. i'm considering a test-free cycle this time and going for LEAN muscle mass considering it's beach season soon here in alabama.
Here's what i had in mind tell me what you think.
Primabolan depot - 300mg per week for 8 weeks
Deca durabolan - 400mg per week for 8 weeks
Winstrol - 150mg per week, weeks 2-7
Obviously prior to this i will be using liver protectant, gotta keep that liver! Maybe any of you dietitians that manage to stumble across this could match a good diet for me to this? it would be appreciated.

Now i know i said deca and lean in the same post, but i've seen results of a few friends of mine (7th and 8th cycles) do that EXACT same cycle and got a little bigger but also more cut.

Why on gods green earth and for the love of all things holy, would you consider stacking those compounds and NOT using Test????? Why do you hate your dik so much???

know what, you guys are totally correct. i went back and re-did my homework.
maybe then i'll just bulk up, forget the beach do a pct then a cutting regiment?
what about this guys just need a recommendation on 8-12
weeks 1-12 800g/test-c/e
weeks 1-4 40g naps ed
weeks 8-12 ?? ?? ?? (lean mass)

If you want to cut I would suggest Test E + winstrol + good diet (6 meals, only complex Carbs, only unsaturated fat, and 200 g of protein per day) + lots of water (if you want to preserve your kidneys) + HIIT training 3x week (15 min) followed by 15 min of mid/light cardio + weight training 4x week. If you follow this with proper PCT, I GARANTEE that you'll get shredded and you'll keep your results. (plus, it will be lighter on your wallet)
or Test E + trenbolone + winstrol (this is a heavier cycle, oubviously)
In a cycle without Test you'll have hard time keeping your results after the cycle. But you do whatever you want of courseLast edited by VRamos; 01-17-2013 at 08:34 PM.

What makes you think you can`t have a beach body with test? Its all about diet.

jeeze man. i'm literally the only one on here that hasn't done a cycle and even i realize, that's a weiner destroyer. i agree with ironbeck test is best. i know i shouldn't be running my mouth about steroids considering i've never done a cycle, but i'm doing it for your girlfriends sake. i lift with testosterone but not heavy or anything and i get GREAT lean results. my abs got more cut, if you're trying to lose some of that christmas turkey testosterone is a good way to cut fat quick with the right routine... best of luck and get new friends if they recommend a cycle like the first.

So it's either no test at all or go balls to the wall?
How about a 12 week test e, npp, and var from week 7 till PCT?
Nice and simple, and will get you all the results you can hope for.

Ive taken test and deca for cutting purposes although not the best but if you watch your sodium intake theres no problems. Its all about the diet and cardio dude. AAS isnt a miracle drug..

weeks 7 -12: 40-50 mg of winstrol ed (lean mass)
I wouldn't use naps, if you want to cut, eat properly, take T (it's a very versatile drug so you'll pack lean mass if you train for that purpose), keep your reps in 12-15 or 15-20 range (whatever works better for you) and do the cardio at least 3x a week for at least 30 min each session (incorporate HIIT if you can). best of luck manLast edited by VRamos; 01-17-2013 at 08:34 PM.

alright. i don't know why i got away from testosterone i've used it in all my other cycles.. i guess i got brainwashed by these guys at my gym. that sounds like a bood cycle and i'm going to do that with diet
