No signs with test e yet
I'm on my 6th week with test e. first time ever, but no change with scale weight or visually in size. Slight increase in strength and appetite. No side effects either such as bloating, acne, libido or gyno, though decrease in testical size. Eat every 3 hours pretty much a full meal. Workout every other day for an hour as heavy as I can.
Ideas to help in lean muscle gain?

Possible it was bunk gear, if you haven't noticed and change on the scale I'd lean towards saying its fake.

I'm running the same thing.. I've only had my 2nd shot of 250mg and I could def feel it. Sense of well being, mood, libido, energy, appetite, etc.
I'd get blood work done ASAP. How much are you running anyway?

Just wait bud takes me six weeks too , IN the next two weeks you will see a big change !!!
Thats why i dont like long esters they take to bloody long lol

I see gains on week 2-3. By week 4-5 its kicks in for me. Everyone is different I guess.

Current diet:
Morning
Two cups of oatmeal mixed with a scoop of whey
Later
8 eggs with 3 yolks, 3 slices of very lean ham, cup of cottage cheese and sometimes a slice of bread
Lunch:
Left overs from the nigh before
Salmon, sirloin, lean veal, chicken with a cup of brown rice
Later
Salad with cottage as dressing with chicken or sirloin,
Sometimes 2 turkey sausages or 98% lean burger
Dinner
Salmon, sirloin, lean veal, chicken with a cup of brown rice
Before bed
Cottage cheese or some peanut butter or a little left overs or casein drink
During sleep I'll sometimes have casein drink if I'm hungry at like 2:00am
So, food shouldn't be a problem, just no gain and no loss (scale weight anyway) of course I also have vitamins, oils and supplements.

Oh, had blood work done the day I started my cycle, everything good except low on vitamin D and low on free testosterone . Otherwise very healthy.

So your more hungry, and getting stronger? What's the problem? This is only week 6. Boss is good stuff so I'm sure you're fine with it unless it's fake.
If you want to add more size, and weight....you need to eat more. If the scale won't budge...keep eating until it does.

Solution: Eat more. You know how you gain naturally? Eat more. You know how you gain on gear? Eat a LOT MORE.
If you aren't gaining, steroids or not, you either are training very very poorly, or you are not eating nearly enough. Or...you're at your genetic potential which is extremely unlikely.

What are your stats? You are barely eating anything. Depending on your stats i wouldn't be surprised if your not gaining weight because you dont eat enough. I know when I'm dieting and I'm depleted I can't really "feel" the gear much as far as pumps and strength goes. Are you running an ai? If your using too high of a dose you probably wouldn't bloat too much or get acne and your libido will be effected. I feel test e around week 3 as far as libido and strength gains go.

I would 100% agree with this. A 250mg shot would have released 125mg of Test within 2 days or so. Compare this with natural levels, i.e, around 20mg produced over two days.
125mg vs 20mg!!!! Of course there is a huge difference. You are just not "feeling it". Some would call this being in tune with your body...I would call it "Thank God I am not getting sides!".
