Increase AI to combat minor bloat?

Changed gear after getting nothing from the first few weeks of my cycle. Noticing and obvious difference this time. Also, bloating, only slightly but, still. Currently taking 12.5 mg of aromasin EOD. Will increasing to ED help or will it hinder gains?

Drinking more than a gallon of water and sodium intake is almost nil outside what is naturally in my foods. Any other suggestions?

Will be starting Anavar tomorrow, will that help?

Are your stats correct? Are you 6' 235 lbs at 13% BF?

What exactly are you on and for how long?

6'3 230 at around 13-13.5 % BF as of two weeks ago. (Using 7 point caliper test)

Taking 150 mg Prop EOD. Been on for 13 days. Starting Var at 80 mg a day at my two week mark to finish the last 6 weeks. Taking Aromasin at 12.5 mg EOD (day after my pin) and HCG at 250 iu twice a week.

How is your salt intake? If your diet is good and it sounds OK if you are 13% and your salt intake is low then the AI should help.

Salt intake is minimal. I use sodium free seasonings on my meats. Only sodium intake I have is whatever is naturally occurring in my foods and through protein shakes.

Will upping my Aromasin to 12.5 ED hinder gains at all? Have a buddy who was taking Adex at too high a dose and wasn't seeing results and then when he lowered it there was visible change. (Bro science and according to him so, not sure what validity it holds.)

No AI wont hinder any gains unless you crush your E2 completely. Like your buddy you have to go with how you are feeling or better yet get blood work done. I just upped my Aromasin to 12.5 ED also. My E2 was out of control at 12.5 EOD still.

Adex is easier to manage and acts instantly, unlike asin.

Really??? Hmmm I need to check if I have any Adex then. I have plenty of liquid stane but I need to knock my E2 down once in a while. Last blood test my E2 sensitive was 379 using stane 12.5 EOD. Sometime E3d my bad. Also using prami.

Not that there is anything wrong with aromasin . It's a suicide inhibitor. A lot stronger than adex so you just have to be cautious. Adex is "same day service" where aromasin takes a week or so to get serum levels up.
