Hi People
Hi everyone,
my name is Frana and im from South Africa.
This is really a awesome website you have here and i can see that i will be able to find all the help i need!!

i am 25, 100kg or 220pounds, 1.83m or 6.003937 foot ( sorry have to use a converter for that ), body fat 21%.
i currently gym 6 times a week for min a hour.
i am using winstrol 75ml twice a week and dbol half an hour before every gym session...
i would like to loose the excess fat and gain ALOT of muscle to look like most people on this website, lol.
my diet is : oats and an boiled egg in the morning
fruit at 11am
tuna and tamato at lunch +- 1/2pm
fruit at say 5pm
then i go to gym at around 6pm
chicken, fish or mince with veggies for dinner...
i also drink around 3.5 liters water a day...
any help how i can achieve my goals??
i was told that the gear would help me build and loose weight...

Hey Frana!
You need to go to nutrition forum and do a long research about your diet.
To your gear, You shouldn't run aas with your body fat percentage. Taking winny (hope you mean 75mg not ml ) twice a week is waste and with dbol its just killing your liver!
Drop your gear and get your reading first.
Most of guys on this forum had their physique build with hardcore workouts and perfect diet long before touching any AAS!

Welcome.
Whoever told you to use gear for weight loss misguided you. This is al diet related. Please see our nutrition section for help on how to lose weight.
