Injectable vitamin b
A friend gave me a good supply of injectable vitamin B "it stings to much for me" lol
I wanted to run it by you guys before I use it because I have never heard of this stuff, not your regular B complex.
Bottle reads
Injection of vitamin B1 B6 B12
Nicotinamide & D-panthenol
Optineuron I.M. / I.V.
Each 3ml ampule contains
Thiamine hydrochloride I.P. 100mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride I.P. 100mg
Cyanocobalamin I.P. 1000mcg
Nicotinamide I.P. 100mg
D-Panthenol I.P. 50mg
Benzyl alcohol I.P. 2%w/v
Water for injection. Q.s.
Is this safe to use and at what dosage?

I don't know if its human grade or not. But I use vet grade and know it works. I stopped using it though as I feel it was giving me insomnia. Seems strange, but once I stopped I could sleep again. Just for kicks I tried it again on vacation and the insomnia came back. Ill check mine to ought and see if it has those same contents and the concentrations and post here.

No but I work late Friday nights and wasn't calling asleep as usual. Got home around 2am and had a big bowl of turkey chili and brown rice, woke up around 8:45 with hunger pains. Appetite seems to be normal now, no shot again till Monday away for weekend.

What is the reasoning behind using injectable vitamin B???? Would a high dose of oral vitamin B supplement not do the same with out the effort of pinning??

IMO injecting b12 is cheaper than buying pills.
Since you are injecting it, you will absorb much, much more of it. Whereas pill form, you won't be able to absorb all of it.
1 30ml vial of b12 is fairly cheap and should last you 15-30 weeks. Some people like to inject 1ml/day while on cycle and 1 mL/week off cycle.

Yeah, I eat like a horse when I'm pinning B12. It's a real nuisance on class days, actually.

In reference to the B12 1000mcq/ml do you guys dose it at 1ml pins? I see it recommends deep SubQ or IM. Im thinking about doing .5ml everyother day while on cycle. Id really like some feedback from those of you who have used it...what dose, route and timing did you find effective?
