On cycle gyno prevention

So i was reading around and it seems like i should have something on hand in case the sides of gyno show up? I will have Clomid nolva and Aromasin on hand. What else would i need in case of gyno?

On hand? You need to run an AI throughout your cycle. Not wait for sides to show up. That's like buying car insurance "after" the accident. Estrogen control is paramount to an effective cycle as well as for your health. The AI you choose to run is your choice. Nolva and clomid are SERMS, not AI's. They are used for PCT. Seriously spend some time reading the stickies on this forum and self-educating. Right now you're not ready.

Knowledge is power in this endeavor. Hang around here, study and learn. Max out your natural potential first and foremost before you consider AAS.

Adex and aromasin are both AI's and acceptable for using on cycle.

When im out walking in the bush with my rifle hunting for moose, i keep my bullets in truck in case i see something..

^ ^ ^ ^ ^ x2 Ai's are not serms and serms are not ai's. Before you put anything into your body you need to research more thoroughly and understand not only whatever aas compoumds you are doing but all ancillaries as well. You dont keep an AI "on hand", you start running your ai at the same time you start your cycle. Standard dose is arimidex .25mg eod or aromasin 12.5mg. Many will also suggest to run hcg while on cycle as well. 250iu 2x wk. Clomid and nolvadex are for your pct and should be ran together "after" your cycle. Exactly how long after your cycle you begin your pct depends on the ester you are running.

I was 99% aromasin was an ai but i wanted to double check as i did put it in my first post. This is my full cycle
Week 1-12 Test-e 250 every 3.5d
Week 1-14 Aromasin 12.5mg eod
Week 14-18 Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

Arimidex and Letrozole .

Before you start your cycle get some bloodwork done,depending on which compound you will use get some bloodwork done again after few weeks, then you can adjust the amount of AI
under a doctor's advice, regular bloodwork is best for you.
