I have a good friend who is married to a womne who competed and used a good amount of gear. She has been off for a long time now and he says the clitoral enlargement is the one thing that has resolved very little, he also says her voice is still deeper than before she competed, but has resolved a lot since her competition days.

Much like Gynecomastia , Clitoromegaly is reversible until a certain point. If androgens are used contiually and heavily beyond a certain time frame, growth can become so pronounced that it is irreversible. At what point that is, nobody knows. Clitoromegaly can range from almost unnoticeable growth to excessive enlargement.

The only girl I personally know who experienced it still has it, and hasn't used AAS in many years. She said that it really effected the sensitivity, too (in a bad way).

I have been wondering this for some time, being a male will explain this, but why is it a bad thing if the clitoris is enlarged? Wouldnt it be better for her?
-
I agree with this 100 percent. I didn't get this from anavar but the next cycle I have coming up I probably will be the androgens in this cycle are much stronger than var. from the females I've spoken with it goes back to normal unless you keep doing heavy dosages and frequent cycles....

I'll give you update when I start this next cycle I have a feeling that's def going to be a side this time around and I wouldn't think so b.c I'm sure it would be more sensitive... Which is never a bad thing that means more and frequent orgasms... I like to call that... AMAZING! Lol

The clitoris will generally be more sensitive during a cycle, or a few cycles. Unfortunately when it becomes permanent the opposite is usually the case (have no idea why, just what I have heard from those who I have spoken with who have been in the game a while).
Its much like Tren for guys, its a great ride for a while but eventually you often wind up in a situation you wish you could reverse.
