    Sex drive

    I was wondering if sex would effect my performance in the gym?

    no. good cardio, however. That unless of course you pound away at some broad and instantly try to lift while you're out of breath. But that might only happen if you had a home gym, like kelkel.

    I find its a great motivator,,,wait until after the gym. The only harm I see for me is it makes me sleepy and lazy.
