I used to try and pull my skin down to make it look like I had abs to hah, anyways what were your stats before and after? You obviously shed a butt load of fatty fat, good job

210 before
170 now.

its the most miserable expirence ever
dont do alot of Test with it.
id say stick with 250-300 test no matter how much Tren u do so u get ultimate gains.
your not gonna be able to sleep at night so buy sleep aid.

Youre BF was way too high to begin this cycle. But hear me out before you get mad.
I think the gains and body composition could have been easily achieved with a solid diet, cardio, and exercise routine. And going by your photos, it doesn't appear that you have lost 40lbs, but obviously you have otherwise you wouldn't say so.
And looking at your current photos, i would say that you're still not down to the "ideal" BF% (16-16%) to begin AAS. I realize you've made gains and lost weight and that you're likely very happy about that, but im simply keeping it real and giving you my honest opinion.
Just to be clear, are you 210lbs in the light blue shorts, and all the others in dark shorts you're 170lbs?

DIET IS KEY
mine is
3am-6 egg whites 1 whole
1/4 cup of oatmeal
6am workout
8am 1 potato 40g protein shake
12pm 4-6oz chicken/1 cup brocli
2pm 4oz tuna/brocli
5pm Talapia /brocli
8am 5 egg whites 1 whole

i work at 9
so i got to get up early too eat than 2ishhour digest than workout lol
and i cant sleep anyway until recently

yea blue is 210 and it descends weight i answerd you. i agree im fatass but its work in progress
im trying 2 get down too ideal BF but it was hard for me and is still in progress

Take note that the last picture was taken in a mirror and the others were taken by someone else.
I agree with Mickey that this could of been done naturally.... But it's not my call and in the long run you shed some decent bf. I would continue to cut for a few months then decide on your bulk.
