training 4 years, last couple months have been sloppy ioncluding diet so will fix that before i start
i have used before prop,enanthate ,winny,deca ,anavar in preveous cycles, first cycle i used pharma grade prop and grew amazingly off it so next cycle im going to pay that bit extra and get me some pharma grade test "omnadren " im thinking nice and simple
10 weeks e3d 1ml omnaden 250
i have been looking into eq and may also use that but may leave it out depending on price and also throw some winny or var in last 4 weeks to cut up that bit extra
so:
week 1-10 omnadren e3d
week 6-10 winny or anavar 50-100mg
arimidex throughout .25mg eod
PCT 3 weeks after last pin
clomid 100/100/50/50
nolvadex 40/40/20/20

10 weeks is short for omnadren , do 12weeks.

I would pick Var 11-16weeks and start PCT.

After all those cycles your 6' and whopping 190 lbs and 14% bodyfat.
