when i went pro, i had to run this ... i went in as light heavy weight at 193lbs and stole the pro card from the heavy weight winner cause he was gaunt and didnt look good at all and didnt have any of the fat off of his hams, so for the final pose i won.

I have a Ryan Gregory that lives 5 min from me...

ben on gh for years... ben on aas for years...( under the supervision of another well known pro)

bout 250 lbs 6ft 2ish bf% changes on seasons......

started lifting in high school about 175lbs..

age 28
