I'm starting My third week today of a test 400 cypo cycle... Haven't really seen any difference or Felt any difference. How long does it normally take to "kick-in"? Just as info I am on TRT and have been doing about 120 MG per week for the last year. This is my first blast. This is Watson from the drugstore.

    T

    Thanks!

    Hey man!

CYP is a long ester, it usually takes 4-5weeks to kick in.

Cypionate is a long ester, you're not likely to see any visible result until sometime around week 5 or 6.

Are you implementing an AI & blood pressure / cholesterol control?

That's a good point thanks for asking. I am on my normal from my TRT prescription AI and I will be checking that in two weeks just to make sure everything is okay. I am also on Cialis for the bp and will be monitoring That too. I have been trying to do research on this thanks. Anything else I should think about?

Also what e2 levels should be trying to maintain? If I up my Ai just to be safe would there be a problem if my E2 Goes too low?

    Thanks!

Your estrogen level should be somewhere between 15 & 60 if I remember correctly.
If your E2 levels drop too low you will experience a lot of the same sides you will get from E2 being to high, like lethargy, erectile dysfunction & low / no libido just to name a few.

What AI are you on & what dose?

    Arimidex ... Was taking .25mg 2x a week on the 120mg. Have upped to .5 m, .25 w, .5 f now that I am on the 400 mg a week test.

If I remember correctly to most efficient dose regime of A-dex is . Start with .25 & increase if needed.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, its been many years since I used A-dex & I'm to lazy to look up the protocol..............

.25 EOD should be sufficient without worry of crashing E2...you can titrate up from there if needed

Just due the blood work and keep the dosage steady till then for an accurate reading. Then adjust accordingly. Labido is usually the first sign and water retention as well.
