No more gear...
So I'm a few days out from pct and my lifts just suck! Low motivation to go to the gym, shifty lifts, general lethargy. Normal? Because this blows

I know many people that just get depressed coming off cycle... this used to happen to me all the time, until i managed to learn to keep most my gains.... im 1.5 months out of pct and my strength is stupid high the past month, like 10-15% better than when i was even on cycle. maybe you just need some help upstairs in your head?
what was your cycle, what was you PCT?
have you got blood work?

Happened to me too dude. Couldn't even get myself to get to the gym lol. It's easy to lose motivation when you're not lifting or working at the same capacity and seeing constant results. But you'll get over it!

You can use some OTC stuff to help you get through it. Rhodiola, Adrenal and some good NO products for a good pump that will make you feel good.

Gotta find a way to work through it. It can be tough but a good pct will have you going strong again in no time.

I've been forcing myself to go to the gym 5-6 days a week still. Doing a hit more cardio than on cycle.
I'm 10 days out from my last pin. Was on sust 250mg/ml pinning 1ml e3d for 10wks. 50mg dbol ED for the first 4wks.
I feel like I'm getting a sinus infection so ill be trying to get antibiotics for that because a stuffy head and headaches certainly aren't helping anything either

Hang in there bro. Do a proper PCT and def try some inj. B-12. 1000mcg ED or EOD did wonders for me as far as keeping up an appetite and a general well-being.

Ill try that too. I am taking clen right now too. Forgot to mention that 100mcg/day with 1mg of keto every night. Started keto 3 days ago clen today. Normally the clen gets me super fired up and ready to kill things but I'm just out of it. Ill try the b12 and see what happens by this time next week when I'm into the pct. I am using liquid CIA 5-6mg pre workout now. Kind of got it mainly cu I'm going on spring break right in the middle of pct and I don't want my libido to be in the toilet when I'm on a beach with my newly upgraded physique I worked so hard for

Try 5mg Cialis as a pre-workout supp. and you'll be in for amazing pumps, which in turn may increase your overall mood.
