Well after a lot of deliberation I think I have settled on running Anavar alone something like 40 mg qd x 7 weeks followed by a pct. First off my stats, 30 m, 6'5, around 250 lbs. athletic build with a little bit more around the abdominal area then I would ideally like. Been working out off and on for the last 5 years, been going hard for the last 8 months. Not the biggest cardio freak but plan on doing 2 days a week mod intensity while on cycle. Will lift 4 days. Was wondering what experiences others have had with Var alone, any recs for a pct, and or supplements/vits while on cycle. Looking forward to responses from vets and passer throughs alike...
