Try and prove the guys here wrong, post a pic of your massive frame.

You are mad because I use proper grammar, spelling and English? Or is it the fact that I seem to know a lot and it makes you mad? LOL do you have a bad body image and/or are very insecure? I learned to stop throwing tantrums when I was like 4 years old, you should try growing up.

I haven't read all the responses so I may be repeating what someone already said. If so, sorry. There are some inexpensive and "natural" ways to moderately increase one's testosterone . Vitamin D around 5,000 units daily, Vit C 1.5gm on empty stomach 1 to 2x per day, Zinc - I take 50mg per day but many ppl here take ZMA (It's probably better but more expensive) I plan on switching to ZMA when my current bottle runs out. These 3 vitamins/minerals are but guaranteed to increase T levels but they may help, especially if you're deficient in any of them. I also think d-aspartic acid at 3gm per day is with a shot. I think I bought 100 doses from vitamin shoppe for $35 - it was the Ai Sports Nutrition brand. There's also horny goat weed (longjack root), tongkat, and tribulus just to name a few other supplements to choose from.
I am not suggest to take all of them, but they are worth looking into as they are inexpensive ways to potentially raise T levels. And vitamin D is really a must for most ppl as vitamin d deficiency is so rampant. I've taken all but tribulus. I take vit d and c daily. The others I take sporadically (ie; during PCT). Again, none of then are guaranteed to increase T but you may want to consider adding some of these supplements rather than a marketed test booster which will have variable results depending on its composition and the nutritional status (ie; deficiencies) of the person taking it.

After skimming through the posts I didn't initially read, which is everything after the first 5 posts, I really wish I had read them before taking my time to type my previous post. Oh well, maybe someone will find it helpful or comment on it.

Speaking about yourself here? You've already received plenty of good advice here. You're choosing not to listen to any of it. The truth is at your alleged 5'10 186lbs, you're not at your genetic limit. If you think you are, it's because your diet and training are holding you back and you need to change them. Giving you a test booster isn't going to do shit, much less overcome those problems. You were already told how you should target your shoulders to get them to grow more, but you totally ignore that thinking some magic pill can fix the day.

Op if you have a problem with growth in one specific shoulder then I'd suggest you visit a chiropractor who has his advanced degree in applied kinesiology. Get thoroughly examined as you may have some sort of impingement / nerve issue.
Next, if you are in your early twenties then you have no need for aas as the risk to damaging your HPTA is just not worth it at this point. Your natural test levels should be very high right now and I would suggest you seriously examine your nutrition and training. Most people "think" they eat enough and "think" that they train hard enough. They don't. It's not how much you train but the intensity of effort that counts.
Regarding the demeanor of this thread. Your initial post was a bit arrogant to be honest and that obviously did not sit well with some of the guys here. I don't know whether it was intentional or not. Some of their responses were also arrogant and condescending.
Everyone needs to calm down and either respond appropriately or we will close the thread. Lets give this thread a second chance please.

Thanks, I really don't like talking about my shoulder, I know exactly what is wrong with it though because I've gone to the best neurologists in the U.S. My first post wasn't meant to be arrogant, I just hate it when people that have no clue what they are talking about try to tell me what to do. If you really know your stuff just pm me and I'll tell you about the entire situation.

We can all empathasize with an injury that is holding you back from progress. Most of us have been there in one way or another. It's not guys trying to tell you what to do. It's an exchange of ideas and is what makes forums work. Someone not well versed overall may have had a similar experience and their input could be of value to you.
There are some actual doctors on this board and you'll be better suited to post it up and see if you get a response that helps. You never know.

So why are you here? You expect people to help you when come here with a condescending attitude? Two respected people just tried to help you and this is how you reply? Name dropping and basically telling them that since your all-star dr. can't fix you then people on here don't even deserve an explanation?
You've gotten good advice. You're too young, you're not ready for AAS.

OK let me get this straight, you have already been to the mayo clinic and the best neurologist in the US and with all of your records in front of them and the ability to interview you none of them have been able to help. But you have choosen to post here with a very vanilla description of your issue but expect it to be answered.
I wish you all the best but I really doubt you will get the results you seek.

My doctors aren't comfortable prescribing HGH and IGF-1 is not FDA approved. They are the hormones I need but they are too expensive. A rock and a hard place. Muscle transplants were discussed but they have to take my entire lat... and that just makes a new problem. I need more muscle tissue, not bigger muscle. The muscles in my shoulder are massive for their injury, and aren't going to get any bigger. You can quote me when I say that I would rather have all my bones in my body broken than have my injury.

Well, if you need hyperplasia, I'm afraid realistically you'll just have to come up with a way to get your hands on IGF or Hgh sooner or later.
Not going to discuss prices, but IGF1-Lr3 is not *that* expensive really, and you should be able to save up enough for at least a test run, to determine whether or not its worth putting more money and effort into, quite easily.
Good Luck
