    HELP with bloods please

    Had some repeat tests after finishing a cycle
    In January everything is in the normal range now but I calculated my free test is around 23.5 ng/DL is this ok? Also should I finish another pct to get to "optimum levels"

    Two weeks ago results were;
    FSH - 4.7
    LH - 3.5
    SERUM TEST - 4.14

    Results as of Monday are;
    FSH - 7.2
    LH - 9.0
    SERUM TEST - 8.0
    Free androgen index - 41%
    SHBG - 19.5

    I'm 21 years old, advice anyone ?

    There was a link on a webpage I found where you use a formula of your other results to calculate your free test.
    Bit annoying the docs won't check for just free testosterone they have to do full serum count.

    I finished the cycle in January had 3 shots of hcg (1500iu) started clomid but lost my
    House, so pct was cut short. Obviously that's where the problems began.

    Since the last tests 4 weeks ago I have ran tribulus at a very high dose coupled with aromasin 20mg per day

    Tribulus is garbage and won't do a damn thing for you. Aromasin at 20mg daily is more than double the recommended dose for a real cycle.

    What are you trying to do??????

    Are you sure that 23 is not measured in nmol/L?

    23nmol/L is = to about 644 ng/dl which is low for a 21 year old. Typically, a healthy 21 year old would be around 30nmol/L or 900ng/dl.

    But, youre not in the basement either. Both your sex hormones are working, yet rising.

    No disrespect to any of the fellas in here right now, but I would maybe post this in the HRT Forum or perhaps an HRT Specialist will drop in here and provide some info as well. Just a suggestion..

    Sorry I was a bit unclear about how I have done the aromasin . Bloods were on Monday I started the aromasin Friday because I needed to run hcg to boost lh and prepare for clomid.

    I found some studies of aromasin boosting testosterone and lowering shbg (this would result in more free test)
    I need to run it high as I am running hcg at a high dose.

    And I am sure the tribulus contributed to my test results raising so dramatically.

    Mikey I will look into the test measurement and find a link to the calculator
