Gyno Protocal

So a week into my cycle.

Test E 500mg EW
Dbol 30mg ED
HCG 250 iu 2x PW
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

And gyno seems to have begun. I've always had puffy nipples for as long as I can remember but I'm sure there is a little lump under my right nipple. It's not sore but it's definitely there.

I noticed it on Monday, so I have been taking the Aromasin ED now but it still seems to be the same.

Had a read through the "everything you need to know about gyno" thread and wondering of that's my next point of call? Or do I just up my Aromasin dose?

I'm going to drop the DBol (learn by mistakes!) also.

Your Aromasin dose was probably too low to begin with, and there is always the possibility of having an AI that is either underdosed in itself, or complete bunk. HCG will cause aromatisation as well as the test. I personally stick with Arimidex every cycle, but whatever. As far as seeing that lump go away, doubling your dosage isn't going to make it go away in a day, or even a week. In fact it probably won't go away at all until you start taking Nolvadex . That was certainly the case for me.

Have you had problems with gyno before? What compounds have you cycled with previously?

First cycle! Ive always had gyno-esq looking nipples since I was a teen, figured it was just the way I was built!


So should I just up the Aromasin to 25mg EOD or keep going with 12.5 ed and see how it goes from there?

Well, 25mg EOD seems to be the standard. MickeyKnox recommends 10mg ED based on his research, and he's never steered me wrong. Either way, I would recommend doubling your dose.

I'd stop your cycle and treat your gyno first, IMHO. You won't need pct at this point.
