When to add Var?
Stats;
26
6'3
185lbs 8-10% (Been slowly cutting since august where I was 210lbs)
Cycle History;
1st- Sust 450mg/wk for 12 weeks (pinned EOD)
2nd -Same
Current thoughts;
T400 (all long esters) 400mg/wk (split into 2 inj Mon & fri) for 16 weeks
HCG 250iu 2x wk from weeks 3-8 & 12-16
Adex 0.25/E3D
PCT
Clomid 50/50/50/50 (at 100 I'm very emotional, long story short- never again)
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Now my question; short i throw in var at 60-80mg/ day for first 4-6 weeks or the last 4-6 weeks?
I'm still cutting pretty hard and want to stay around 8% for the duration.

After weighing my options.. I'll probably use it in the last 6 weeks as a bridge into PCT.

Run the test for 12 weeks. Use the var 80-100mg for the last 6 weeks

I think your cutting too much. 6'3" 185lbs? Youre too skinny.
At 210 you'd be just about right, if it was muscle and you were able to maintain around 15%BF or less.

True.. 185 is very very light for me, I could probably jump back up to 195 by tweaking my diet.
It's an amazing feeling though, being light and powerful for hockey.

I don't have the genetics to be Arnie, so I won't fool myself with that question.
I want to have the best physique I can attain & maintain.
My goals might change down the road, but for now.. think Greg Plitt but for my height. So like 215, but ripped.
I'm a few years away lol. It's not a race.
