    Cycle recommendations

    I am getting read to start a "cutting" cycle. I know that over 90% of the results depend on my diet and cardio, yet I want to make sure I get the right gear/dosage

    I am leaning towards. Test E, Tren E, anavar , and winny. Also consider clom. Do you guys believe this would be a good cutting stack, and what dosages would you suggest? If not, what combination would you recommend?

    Really appreciate any information. A lot of your experience and knowledge is second to none

    I'm wrapping it up for the night but there are many guys still around that will get you headed in the right direction. Nutrition is key. Back in Black is one of several members that can help out a great deal in that regard. For a first cycle, your plan is overkill IMO. Your best bet is to keep it simple. Work on nutrition to get your body fat below 20% (closer to 15% is where most will advocate steroid use ). Nutrition and several years of training are the best way to keep yourself safe and avoid some of the risks of starting steroids prematurely.

    I've added a body fat picture chart below to help you estimate your own bf. Be honest! There is no shame in being on the heavy side. You can do something about it if you choose to. Good luck. I'll check back to see all the good advice I know you'll be getting.

    It's close to 15- 20% based on that. I'm put together well. Was hit by a DD that had me unable to do cardio, just lift. Now I can do cardio again after A Lot of work. I'm 29

    Appreciate all the information, and assistance

    Edit: no way I'm 15 after looking at that pick. 25% after looking at that

    At 25% you would be likely to experience exagerrated side effects from any compounds you take and we really don't recommend cycling at anything over 15% (preferably 12%).
