I don't know if right to write in this post.
I've always had issue with puberty gyno, now I have decided to do an surgical operation, but first I will do bloodwork for to see the levels of estrogen.
but I have a question.
it's better to be operated and after doing my first cycle (450mg test enant per week hcg aromasin pst clomid Nolvadex )?
or is it better to do my first cycle and after do gynecomastia operation?
I have trained for many years and now I'm 35.

Hi Stefano,

Im no doctor but common sense tells me to have the operation to remove gyno first and allow enough time to heal up completely, then perhaps down the road run a cycle. BUT i would be VERY careful not to create and environment that would promote an other bout of gyno.
