    Question I want to try it for the first time...PLEASE HELP !!

    ok so here's the deal...
    ---------Im 28 years old and Im looking for some pretty basic info. i do understand that taking steriods is not a "basic" thing but i want to know what to look for to get a decent outcome.... i would like to take something, like maybe just a CC and see how my body reacts. im really worried about how my liver might react. Ive had problems with pills in the past and i am worried about the damage i may have done. I dont drink or smoke.i drink plenty of water. i have a clean diet. i work out mon-thru friday. im in good shape. i run and ride my bike a lot so my cardio is pretty good. im sittin at about 165-170 at 5'10" . I had tried the tren thing in the past when it got big around 2007 and my body reacted pretty good to it.
    --------Im not looking to take a full cycle right off the bat. But i need to know where to start. I have some testosterone enanthate that may be available to me to purchase if i choose that is the type id like to try. but i dont know what to stack it with. or if i should take it by itself. but like i said im not trying to get huge and gains a bunch of weight. id like to see if its something my body reacts well too. I need to know about the best PCT as well. please if anyone can help me id really appriciate it.

    Welcome.

    No need to mess around with "Trial" periods. You either do it or you don't. You could research short esters and run a 6 to 8 week cycle. But you have a whole lot of research ahead of ya

    im reading. im doing research. but im not going to just jump in and take something. im not an idiot. I figured i had a lot of work ahead of me to find out whats best for me.,, but i had to start somewhere, thats why im asking you guys....

    Bro if you just spend a few hours on this site reading. You can get all the answers you asked. Then once you've gained a basic knowledge of the compounds you can ask some more in depth questions about your cycle. Everyone suggests using test only on your first cycle. And you need to research how to use an AI along with HCG while on cycle and a solid pct to come off. Spend some time learning what you're about to put in your body and how to utilize it correctly.

    Also, what kind of gains are you trying to achieve? If you're not trying to get big you may get to where you want to be without the use of AAS's. Solid nutrition and hard work should come first in any case.

    Have you tried some basic supplements? A diet rich in protein and some creatine will go a long way.

    How long have you been training?

    Research some training methods. If you are doing a lot of cardio it will negatively effect your ability to grow. Some cardio is good, but too much will use up all your nutrients for fuel and conditioning instead of growth.

    Good man brother. Keep reading and researching until you have a solid grasp on what youre injecting into your body. And know the risks and possible sides and how to combat them too. very important!

    You say your not an idiot but you already tried tren before in 2007? And your currently 28 so you did aas when you were 22? And you tried tren? That rigth there is pretty stupid.

    Anyway please read read read I Have been reading for more than 3yrs and been taking the reading seriously around a month ago.

    Dont stack test with anything run it for 10weeks.

    Ok so, Ive been lifting on and off since i was 16. i have a good routine and a great diet. i would like to put back on my 10 lbs that i lose when i dont go to the gym everyday. and if i could put another 5 to 7 on then that would be perfect. i have used all the sumpliments, creatine, bcaa's, glutamine, whey, gainer, etc... but the thing that works for me the best is FOOD...so i dont really mess with anything but the creatine. i will continue to read up on this site and others to figure out what the best route for myself is. i was afraid of posting something on here cause i knew it would attract all the assholes that wanted to tell me how stupid i sound..but i guess that just comes with their insecurities...so anyway THANK YOU to everyone else that is helping with giving me pointers and where to look. I appriciate your time and knowledge!!

    Too few carbs on my cut cycle and trenA has kept me sleepless 2 of 3 nights.

I was hoping that i could ask some common questions and get the answers without too much negative responses... so to you dousebag "Muscleink"... you were the insecure asshole i was talking about. i mean you cant even show your face in your profile picture cus your so ugly...wow you have muscles...like everyone else on this site....and to call me junior cus i dont have the knowledge yet...classy.     sorry mickey. just needed to deal with the stuff that i knew would filter through. so what do u suggest i do...of corse nothing is going in my body. I know im not ready. should i just keep reading every thread and keep googleing...it seems like everytime i have a question people like that try and push me out. so where did you guys start? books? Gymrats? im sure the internet wasnt big when all the vetrans started.

    I would simply continue reading everything you can including the Ed forums, Stickies, and everything on SERM's, AI's, PCT's, and all the various side effects that can happen on cycle and how to approach and deal with them effectively.
