Hey, I did post a link to that nearly 10,000 calorie burger. If he can finish one of those, he'll put 10lbs on in that sitting. I don't want to be held responsible for the hemorrhoids he'll be suffering from, a few hours AFTER he finishes it.

OP here so first to start those don’t believe me about my diet and think it’s a joke might as well stop replying on this thread I didn’t post on here as a joke I did it for some advice to help me make an educate decision I want all the advice you have but can we keep the jokes aside. I am not currently eating that much as I said that was the last season I played which was 2 years ago as I had to take last season off due to an injury and I know it sounds like a lot of calories per day but I kept a complete food diary for myself and my doctor as she wanted to supervise my food intake to make sure It was safe and I did hit that 8000/day goal so sorry all you that say I don’t know how or what to eat but I had a professional do my diet for me. Like I said before it was based on a high protein diet (steak and potatoes, full chicken and rice, lots of fish lots of cheese and vegies) spread over 6 full meals and snacks (meal replacement bars, almonds ad mix nuts, ham and cheese sandwiches act…) and protein shakes (each over 1500cal) and lots of water honestly it’s not hard to hit 8000cal/per just basically always eating. I am about to start training again and unfortunately its high cardio and to hockey Kong I am generally running or working out for at least 6 hours a day like I said I ref, I coach, and I play on 2 teams. So any gain I do get gets burned from all the cardio I was hoping by doing a cycle it would help me keep some of the gain like I said I’m not looking to be a huge monster out there but just to put on a little extra in a few months being 150lbs isn’t that much fun when you play against guys that weigh between 200lbs- 235lbs on average and then the real monsters at 250 plus. I appreciate all the advice both on doing a cycle as well as the advice on staying natural it all help like I said I’m not 100% decided yet and want to make sure if I do it then I do it as safe as possible and have all the info and some personal stories to help so i hopefully don’t make any mistakes.

Post your macros. And even if you're "running around" 8 hours of the day, there is no way you're burning 8000 calories. I want an itemized diet with times that accounts for 8000 calories that you actually ate. If you're being honest, you need to get your thyroid checked out and/or maybe something to get rid of your tapeworms (I honestly don't see how you could eat that much and weight that little unless you got some major parasite problem).

First time I ate there, I told them to hold the pickles. The hot chick taking my order was like "we don't put them on our burgers. They're too healthy."

Could you please take a second and post up the 8K diet (including macros) that was developed for you by a professional. Im sure you would have a copy of this as im fairly confident it was written down for you on paper or on the computer at some point - I don't imagine that you used this diet from memory.

And seriously, I dont understand why you would refuse to post it? It may assist others here now, or in the future. But if you refuse, surely you can understand how this leads the reader to believe its hokey pokey?
