Back at it after 10 year break - advice / opinions please

Just finished the end of my first 8 weeks back lifting after taking about 10 years off. Been hitting it pretty hard and eating clean (about 3500cal / day) and have used the following gear to assist me:

    1-6 Deca 200mg / wk
1-6 Sust 250mg / wk (dropped Deca at week 6 and upped Sust to 500mg / wk same time)
    1-8 Mast E 100mg 2x / wk
    1-8 HCG 250iu / wk

Now that I have gotten much of my muscle memory kicking back in along with some pretty healthy gains in mass / strength, I am switching over to the following regimen for next 8 weeks:

    6-16 Sust 500mg / wk
    8-16 Tren E 100mg 2x / wk
    8-16 HCG 250iu / wk
    8-16 Arimadex (sp?) 1 tab / day

My diet is now changing over to 2500cal / day with approx 250g protein, 150g complex carb and very little fat aside from avacados, almonds, etc. Cardio now at 45 min / day x 5 days / wk with 10 min 2x / week of HIIT cardio. I workout 1.5-2.5 hrs / day x 5 days / week. I take approx 3000mg of Omega 3 fish oil gels / day and approx 750mg / day of milk thistle along with my vitamins and BCAA's.

I am 42 yrs old and 6'0" at 295 lbs with approx 25-30% BF...over last 8 weeks have dropped BF by approx 10%...yes I was a fat slob from 10 yrs of eating garbage and drinking like a fish. I am finally, after many many years, starting to see vascularity and the top two rows of my abs coming in. My goal is to get down to 15-20% BF over next 8 weeks.

Any helpful feedback respective to my stack, diet, etc is welcome. Thanks and glad to be a new member.

Not very thought out cycle.Deca is stopped just when its kicking in.And changing your dose on test especally Sust not good.Beacuse the Deconate ester is very long. You you messed that up.And having a 10 yr layoff it isnt a good idea to jump right back on without being in the gym for a while. To strenghten up your tendon and ligaments.

And I should have clarified that I worked out for about 4 weeks prior to starting gear...just didnt go heavy or too extreme due to wanting my body to adjust back into it.

The ester in Deca like one of the Esters in Sust take a long time to kick in.Thats why its recommended to run them 14 weeks. So if you cut them short or increase your dose. You wont see the max benefits from them.

Deconate ester attached to the nandrolone compound you have been using, as song dog said you have stopped taking deca just as its about to kick in.

Just my opinion but I would drop all compounds and keep going with the diet and training. You mentioned you have dropped 10% body fat already which is a credit to you so why change anything?

You need at least a year in training to strengthen the tendons and ligaments before cycling if not you will lift more then they can handle and end up with a serious injury.

My advise would be to hit the nutrition section get the diet dialled in. Drop the compounds and do a pct (unless your on TRT ate you?)
Learn about esters, half life's, A,I's etc Good Luck buddy and Welcome to the board!

Bigsiv...had my blood work done in December and my free test level was 354. The doc suggested TRT but I chose to get my own gear as opposed to the gel that he wanted to prescribe to me. So if I decided to not drop the gear at this stage (which I am not totally opposed to the idea) in the game and complete the 16 week plan I originally had planned...what adjustment suggestions to the current stack would you all have for me? Go back on the deca and drop the level of Sust back down to 250mg / week and drop the Tren E?

I would lift more than 8 weeks and drop more bf before the cycle. Deca should be ran at least 12 weeks, stopped 2 weeks prior to stopping the test. I would commit to tren or deca. Diet will decide what you look like after.
