    Intraworkout- HBCDs, Hydrolysate protein, Myo-X

    What are some of your thoughts on
    High branched cyclic dextrin (glucose)
    Casein/whey isolate or hydrolysate proteins
    Myostatin?

    Drinking a protein/carb shake before and sip during workout...
    Ive researched and read numerous reports stating HBCDs (GlycoFuse) carbs and proteins are beneficial, but some say negative side effects are possible like possible hypoglycemia.

    Also, Myo-x by MHP (myostatin) Thoughts?
