First Cycle - Or not ?
Hi everybody, I have been reading several Steroid forums but had no membership since long time. I decided to ask some questions, advices and suggestions. So this is my first post
Age : 24
My weight 84kg
My height 177cm
Approximately Bf : 20%
I was thinking to make a short test-prop cycle like 4-6 weeks
6 weeks cycle
Test-prop 150mg eod
Aromasin 10mg ED
Hcg 250mg twice a week
Pct
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
My questions are I am not sure if I am ready for a cycle, do you think am i too young?
2nd question is if you think i can do a light cycle, my cycle seems correct?
3rd question is I am supposing to not do cycle for atleast a year after this cycle. Do you think it is lame to start cycle now then?
Thanks for your patience of reading my questionsLast edited by leader; 04-02-2013 at 11:57 AM.

Ok. First of all 50mg of aromasin ED is WAY too high. Standard protocol is like 12.5mg...
Second, standard protocol between cycles is time on+pct = time off. So if you're on for 6weeks and have a 4wk pct. then you need to wait AT LEAST 10 weeks after you finish pct. probably give it another month on top of that to be safe
This is a fair cycle, maybe a but short. I like to run prop for 8wks instead of 6 as do many guys here
If you're questioning if you're ready or not you probably aren't ready
I would NOT cycle unless your body fat was under 15%

How long have you been training? What is your diet like?
You need to get BF% down and have some training experience under your belt before you get into AAS.
Also your Aromasin dose is to high for running 50mg ED.

If you are not sure then put it off a few months and learn more. You seem to be uneducated with aas, and that's cool. We are here to help and there is much data. So you should tell us more. good deal ...crazy mike

Thanks for quick replies.
For chiveon;
As i read test-prop is eliminated from body in 3-4 days so Pct can start after 3-4 days of firt cycle? Or am i wrong?
For JohnnnyBlazzzze;
I was also thinking about my body fat would make problem or not, I have enough knowledge for training in my opinion since My education is actually based on both nutrition and also sports. I have been training for 1 year regularly and 6 years irregularly.
I have concerns about mostly my age. 24 is too young? Should i wait untill 27-28?
P.s i posted questions from my phone so i misclicked 50 instead of 10 for aromasinLast edited by leader; 04-02-2013 at 11:57 AM.

You are correct with the pct start time. I was demonstrating the time needed before you should be able to safely cycle again.
24 isn't TOO young but it's certainly on the lowest end of the spectrum. The endocrine system is fully developed by 25 on the average person so that's what we go off of for recommending the earliest starting age. But everyone is different. Hell, Ill be starting my next cycle The week if my 23rd birthday so everyone is different. If you're well educated and you know the risks involved 24 is fine.
If I need TRT I'm not totally against having the test levels of a 20yr old for the rest of my life lol

I'm meaning more with having experience in training and nutrition specifically to yourself. You can spend hours and hours thumbing through a book and reading this and that but if you don't know personally how your own body reacts to certain workouts or different diet styles then you will just be going into your first cycle with a blurred vision.
With higher BF% you are more prone to estrogen sides. If you are obtaining an education in nutrition and sports then you should have no problem getting your BF% down, I would imagine.
Continue training, develop and everyday diet pertaining to lowering BF% is where I would start. You don't need to jump straight into AAS, they're not the answer if you don't have the basic tools and fundamentals to begin with.

OP.............You got some really good advise from some GREAT members that I would follow..........
Just one thing to add........................... I don't think I would choose PROP test as my first cycle or first injection.....When you first start pushing into you glute or quad, you will flash back to this post!

Lots of solid advice up top.
I agree with the others and recommend you adjust your diet and reduce your Body Fat to around 15% before you begin your cycle. This will also reduce your likelihood of experiencing unwanted sides attributed to high E2 levels like, Erectile Dysfunction (ED), Acne, Raised Blood Pressure, Increased Heart Rate, Bloating, Cardio vascular Issues, Changes to your Cholesterol Factors (HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC) and Mood swings...ect.
Excess fatty tissue is a huge proponent of Estrogen. "Adipose tissue can contribute significantly to the circulating pool of estrogens." You want your BF to be as low as possible before you begin your proposed cycle - very important! http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11511861
Head over to the Nutritional Forums and the Specialists in there will assist you in developing a solid diet that will reflect your intended goals and slim you down to a more suitable and safe BF%. Remember, your gains and body composition begins in the kitchen, not the needle.
Good luck.
