    is my coach confused ?

    im doing some Clen during my contest prep and my coach has given me an odd dosage. he says i should take 50mcgs eod for week one, week two i take 100mcgs eod, week three off. then week four and five i take 100mcgs eod, week 6 off. and continue this pattern until show time. is this effective ? the only way ive ever heard of it taken is 20mcgs start, next day 40mcgs and so on until you reach 100-120mcgs for a first timer. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. ill have enough to do both styles of dosing, just dont know if my reccomended dose is gonna do squat.
    let me know any suggestions or feedback is appreciated

    ill be taking the clen alone, no test base, using a rasberry ketone based thermo in my off weeks.

    forgot to add that im around 10% bodyfat. i have no medical issues, and have a phenominal diet. my prep has been in effect for about 4 weeks and ive noticed decent results, were just adding the clen for the extra shredding effects, ill probably only run 3 cycles before show time.

    120mcg would see me shaking like a shitting dog
    60mcg is my limit before I feel very uncomfortable
    To be honest I probation won't run it ever again

    yeah eh ?? apparently thats why a first timer should slowly increase his dose to find out their tolerance

    Heard albuterol is se without shakes and stimulate feeling

    Usually you start around 50 and ladder up 10-20mcg per day until you reach your peak dosage. I usually tune 140-160 a day. Two weeks on two weeks off unless cycling with keto. There's no point in alternating days...

    I really like clen especially when I'm low carb. As Chive said start low and slowly ramp up. I can handle 120 just fine 160 has my workouts going to sh!t.

    This is an interesting comment, is there something synergistic between a ketogenic diet and clen /albuterol?

    Not keto as in the diet. As in ketotifen. Ar-r sells it. It eliminates the need to cycle 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with clen /alb. This is because they are beta 2 agonists and the keto actually goes and "cleans" those receptors. Whereas normally they would need time to regenerate as to be effective. Keto also seems to help me sleep at night, and it eliminates almost all sides related with clen. I've run 200mcg at a time and felt almost nothing where I normally wouldn't go above 160mcg due to shakes etc.
    I wouldn't run clen without it. I can cruise 100mcg for an entire month with no problems or decrease in effectiveness with simply adding 1mg of keto every night before bed. Some use 2-3mg but that can get pricey and I don't see it as necessary
